When a new family comes to live at a PathWays PA residential facility, each family member is greeted with a welcome kit. These kits give these people the necessities (such as bedding, socks, toiletries, etc.) they need to take
care of themselves, that they otherwise could not afford on their own. With this help, families can begin their new life with something to call their own.
Welcome kits are tailored for mothers, children and babies. The checklist is for your shopping convenience.
Please note the age groups for the child welcome kits. When your welcome kit is ready, please follow the wrapping and labeling instructions in the bottom-right square. Then, contact Fran Franchi at [email protected] or

WELCOME KIT: MOM
Set of twin bed linens/sheets
Pillow & pillowcase
Warm blanket or comforter (comforter preferred)
Towel & washcloth
Shampoo & conditioner
Body wash or soap
Toothbrush & toothpaste
Body Lotion
Hair brush
Feminine hygiene products (or $10 CVS gift card)
Socks
Set of twin bed linens/sheets
Pillow & pillowcase

Kid’s toothbrush & toothpaste

WRAPPING & LABELING INSTRUCTIONS
Please put all of the contents of ONE kit into a large, non-rip garbage bag. Tape down all lids & seal in ziploc bag to prevent spills.
Write one of the labels listed below on the front of the garbage bag (TIP: write on duct tape in permanent marker):
