WELCOME Irish Band Musicians V ILAMBA, an Irish Band of six folk/tradional musicians from Italy, will be in India from 22nd December 2017 to 15th January 2018. VILAMBA means “the space between thoughts” in Sanskrit, suggests the depth of Indian spirituality and culture as well as the silence of Sahaja yoga meditaon. The songs are about seeking and quesoning one’s inner direcon. They are mostly in English, reflecng the beauful poetry of this rich language. The music is very much Gaelic in its inspiraon, communicang the joy of Irish and Scosh tradional music that is oſten expressed by spontaneous dancing at the concerts. Some of the songs are slower and quite meditave and help to create an atmosphere in which it is quite natural to do a self- realizaon exercise in the middle of a performance. Founded in Cabella Ligure, Italy in 2010, the Irish Band has recorded and released five Albums. (Visit hp:// vilamba.weebly.com for more info). It has performed in Italy and also in many European countries, both for Sahaja collecves and for the general public. This Irish Band will also be joined by some prominent Indian musicians. The main objecve of the VILAMBA team is to give self-realisaon (S.R.) to seekers through divine music and devoonal songs. This musical extravaganza of the Band has been organised by Indian Yuvashak to fulfil Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi’s vision of spreading the message of love across India. The programs have been finalised in consultaon with concerned authories at 15 major cies in India, that is Mumbai, Nargol, Pune, Ganapapule, Goa, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Ahmedabad, Roorkee, Dehra Dun, Delhi NCR. The fully transformed, hardworking, Sahaja Yoga Youth, who achieved Self- Realisaon and thoughtless awareness through Sahaja Yoga Meditaon and blessings of Shri Mataji have taken the responsibility to organise 30 Meditaon & Self-Realisaon programs in 15 cies, at various places, schools, colleges, banks, even at mulnaonal companies for corporate execuves. These youths together are hosng the musicians programs from arrival ll departure. Taking note of Shri Mataji’s advice that “Sahaja yoga has evolved for the benefit of whole world”, Sahaja meditaon praconers in India have been organising Self-Realisaon programs connuously at various locaons. Teams of Sahaja yogis visited Andamans and Nepal recently for S.R. programs. The local Sahaja yogis (SYs) organise S.R. programs in their cies and around regularly. Some of the recently held programs are at Palwal (Haryana), Ekadkala village nearby Haridwar (Uarkhand), Gaziabad, (U.P), Gadchiroli, Sindhudurg (Maharashtra) and programs are scheduled at Silchar in North East and Ludhiana in Punjab in the next two months. The purpose of these programs are to give self-realisaon to as many individuals as possible so that they are connected to the divine energy through their Sahasrar. The Youth organisers from Gurugram, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other metros are in the process of another big event in March 2018. They feel that their biggest Giſt of Love to Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on the occasion of HER 95TH Birthday, would be the Maha- India-Tour proposed from 18 - 30, March 2018, for which thousands of Sahaja yogis from various countries are expected to parcipate in the celebraon of Shri Mataji’s Birthday on March 21 along with Indian SYs and also parcipate in Self-Realisaon programs for seekers. Four Teams of these youngsters have been formed with divine names to receive and assist them at airports, such as HANUMANA Team, at Indira Gandhi Internaonal Airport, Delhi, GANESHA Team at Chatrapa Shivaji Maharaj Internaonal airport at Mumbai, KARTHIKEYA Team at Netaji Subhaschandra Internaonal Airport, Kolkata and BHAIRAVA Team at Chennai Internaonal airport Chennai and all teams will assist them in their journey to various places.
