02 Planning

1. One power supply can support 8 ISs or 6 OSs (maximum).

2. If there are more than 1 IS in one apartment, it should need a IP Gateway.

3. If customer needs virtual indoor station function, it should need a IP Gateway.

4. If customer wants to avoid public access to their private devices(IP camera, KNX devices, etc), it should need a IP Gateway.

5. The following devices can be powered by PoE* switch or local power supply: 7 indoor station, Building outdoor station, Villa outdoor station, Mini Outdoor station.

6. The following devices can only be powered by local power supply: IP gateway, card reader, lift control, relay module, guard unit.

1. Connect Mini outdoor station to public network bus by LAN cable

2. Press and hold the first button for 3 seconds to enter engineering mode within 3 mins after devices is power on. (If device is factory default setting, there is not 3 mins constraint)

3. Enter indoor station engineering mode and select outdoor station configuration.

4. Search & set parameter for this villa outdoor station.

2. Press “set” button on villa outdoor station rear side at least 3s, during power on to enter engineering mode.

3. Enter indoor station engineering mode and select “Private OS” configuration.

4. Search & set parameter for this villa outdoor station.

Pre-condition:

This outdoor station should connect to Indoor station via LAN cable directly.

1. Press and hold set button at least 3 s when power is on. You will notice round pushbutton module light on.

2. After about 20 s, round pushbutton module flash. It means outdoor station is in engineering mode.

2. Configure all IS

1. Press set button on indoor station, click "Advanced setting" then input programming password and click "OK".

2. Stick “IP Gateway”, and then fill in different ID No for each IS, e.g. 01, 02, 03, 04.

1) Connect wifi of the route

2) Login IP-Gateway by admin.

You can find IP-gateway address via pressing “I” on the left and press “I” again on the right.

3) Add user and assign permission from user management entry.

4) Enter the specified DynDNSaddress in the "External IP / Hostname" field from Network configuration entry (option for remote access)

5) Logout IP-Gateway by admin.

6) Login IP-Gateway by user added in previous step, then there is one configuration QR code over there.

You can down load the app for your smartphone / tablet via the following two ways: scan QR code on the indoor station from status bar “i”. There will be two QR code, one for IOS, another one for Android. You can input “buschjaeger” into APP store to search for an APP named “Welcome App”, and down load.
