FELLOWSHIP MEAL NEW DATE & TIME WED | NOV 13 | 4:30PM Starting in November, our regular fellowship meals are moving to Wednesday night’s and will start at 4:30! These are still only 1x a month but we are excited to give our folks an opportunity to bring your unchurched friends to a free meal and then invite them to join you for prayer meeting and/or a Bible study. CENTRAL DROP OFF CENTER Sweetwater is a central drop off center for our area. At least 40 volunteers are needed during the week of Nov. 18-25 to assist with the collection of shoeboxes that will arrive from our community. Please visit the OCC spotlight table to sign up to work a shift or call Beck Wade at 407-782-4547.

DIRECTORY PHOTOS OCT 28 - NOV 8 | MON - FRI | 4-8PM Bob & Tricia Murray will be taking individual, couples or family photos for our online church directory. There is NO cost to you and digital copies will be provided for you to use however you wish. Photos will be proofed at your session and you pick which photo will go in the directory. Each time slot is 15-30 minutes long depending on the size of your group. Please visit Members Services in the foyer today and pick your time slot.

TOWN HALL MEETING SUN | NOV 3 | 4:00PM Today at the close of worship, you will be handed the new 2019-2020 revised proposed budget. This revised proposed budget is a direct result of the feedback received from the previous Town Hall Meeting. Please look it over and direct all your questions to Jill Rodriguez via her email at jill.rodriguez@fbsweetwater.org. All questions will be reviewed by our finance team and answered at the next Town Hall Meeting on Sun, Nov. 3. We will vote on the new budget on Sun, Nov. 10.

Please keep in mind that our different ministries add/remove events throughout the year and it may be necessary to check this calendar a couple times a semester. All events are promoted in the bulletin at least 2 weeks out and for major events, 4-6 weeks out. For additional questions, please contact the ministry leader for the event you have a questions about.
