If you have need of childcare, we have options available. For children aged birth - Pre-K we have people in place to take care of your children. You will find these age-graded rooms downstairs in our CLC Gym in rooms C104-C107. For ages K through 4th grade, we offer Children’s Church, which meets in room C200. Older children are encouraged to remain in the sanctuary during worship.

Sunday School

We have many Sunday School options available for you from age-graded

classes for children to both Co-Ed and Non Co-Ed classes for all age

groups of adults. You will find information throughout the building

about our different Sunday School classes. We’d love to have you pick

one and jump right in.

Notes from the Pastor’s Desk:

This week will begin our mission adventures for many in our church. We have a team leaving tomorrow morning to Honduras and another team leaving next Sunday to Kentucky. I will be going with the Honduras group. Please be much in prayer for those who will be going. Please pray for safety, strength and for hearts to be receptive to the gospel message that we will bring to each place. I look forward to sharing and hearing wonderful reports from these trips. We will try to keep the church Facebook page updated with reports and pictures as much as possible.

Speaking of missions, I’m glad to have Bro. Greg Johnson preach during tonight’s service. Bro. Greg is a missionary to Central Asia, and I have been so blessed to hear the wonderful reports of his ministry there. Greg, his wife Zoya and their beautiful children are regular attenders here at Pine Grove. Please come out and support Bro. Greg tonight, and I know you’ll be blessed by the message he shares. I am thankful to be able to be the Pastor of a church with such strong support and involvement in missions both local and abroad!

Church Reset Conference

Evangelism Rally 2017 August 27 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Mark your calendars for the Cherokee Baptist Association Sunday School and

Evangelism Rally. It will be held here at Pine Grove Baptist. There will be a Sunday School Teachers meeting with speakers from all over the state here.

The meal will be from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for those attending the Sunday School portion of the evening. The Evangelism Rally will begin at 7:00 pm with

Dr. Chuck Kelley.

Honduras Mission Trip Info

July 11-17, 2017

The Mission Team is requesting monetary donations instead of actual supplies due to baggage restrictions. If you can donate, please make the checks payable to the church and mark it for Honduras missions. The team will purchase the needed supplies once they arrive.

Youth Mission Trip July 16 - 22, 2017

Our Youth are preparing to hold VBS at two different churches in Kentucky on this trip. Be much in prayer for them in the planning stages, while in Kentucky and until they arrive back home. Pray God is preparing the hearts of all who will attend the VBS at each church and pray for the parents who will travel with them to Kentucky.
