ECAP

• An ECAP (Education and Career Action Plan) reflects a student's current plan of coursework, career aspirations, and extended learning opportunities in order to develop the student's individual academic and career goals.

• Effective for the graduation class of 2013, every student in grades 9-12 will complete an ECAP Plan.

CHOOSING A CAREER IS A BIG DECISION –

But you don't have to sweat it—planning for your future is not something you do all at once.

It's a continuous process.

Take a realistic look at your strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

Consider:• What types of work and school courses

and activities appeal to you? • What interests you? • What do you do well now, and what
