The Willows now has an automated telephone
system in place to notify our Willows residents of
any Emergencies or changes in our schedules.
Joel conducted a test call on Wednesday,
September 18th, 2019 and received many
compliments on the notice. He was also asked “Why did I only get the
message on my primary phone and not on all the phones numbers I
gave?” The answer is, we have two different levels of notifications. One
notification is for just the primary phone numbers and the other is for
every phone we have a number for. Most of our notifications will be sent
to all of your phone numbers. We hope that this will help us improve our
communication to you, our residents. Please keep in mind this is new to
us too, and we are all getting used to it.
