Before you Renew/JoinIf you no longer know your login credentials, you may use the Forgot Password feature or contact Jenn Heitmeyer at support@aflv.org. It is important to note that your institution has one account where all aspects of AFLV can be controlled.

Your University AccountYour University has one account where you will select which councils and additional membership options you want for your community. You, as the fraternity/sorority professional, are responsible for all AFLV purchases through the University portal.

First. Check Out the Join Page – you can find it under Get Involved in the header menu. There you will find information on membership and access to the login page.AFLV has a dynamic offering of programs and resources for student leaders and professionals. Membership is the key is to starting/continuing your AFLV experience!

When you first log in to your University account, you will be prompted to renew your memberships, add new ones, as well as update your contact information.

How to Join or RenewNew Member?

Select New Membership

Your Organization must be your College/University (full name).

Set your username as AFLV(College/University).

For Example Cyprus Rhodes University would be: AFLVCRU

Renewing Member?

Login using the information received in the email and follow the “renew your membership now” link.

Your Membership Options

Chapter Membership

Select the number of chapters you would like to have become

members of AFLV.

Each Chapter will receive individual accounts for chapter officers (or other students) to access the online community.

If you select 5+ chapters, you receive a $75 discount. Use promo code: 5+Chapters-Discount19

Council Membership

Select the Councils that you would like to be members of AFLV.

Each purchased Council will receive individual accounts for council officers (or other students) to access the online community.

If you select 3 councils, you receive a $75 discount. Use promo code: 3Council-Discount19If you select 4+ councils, you receive a $150 discount. Use promo code: 4Council-Discount19

What’s in the Form?

Account Information –

Email Address = Email Address for the Primary Fraternity & Sorority Professional

Organization Contact = Primary Fraternity & Sorority Professional

University Information –

Website = Fraternity & sorority life website

Social Media = Fraternity & sorority community; not council-specific

Campus Group = You have the choice to have a private group just for your campus logins

Council Information

Select which Councils your University would like to renew.

You CANNOT leave Council options blank.You must select “NO” if you do not wish to register a specific council.

STOP!Double-check to make sure all of the above information has been

entered correctly before going to the payment page.

You CANNOT go back to make adjustments from the payment page!
