What is Capacity? Capacity = Resources +
Readiness• Various types and levels of
resources within the county and within an organization, such as a coalition
• The county’s level of readiness to engage in and support prevention efforts.
Building Capacity: Five Areas

countywide coalition/Collaboration Council members
It will then be scored by the SPF SIG Coordinator and results submitted to IDPH
