A Message About Safety from Captain Nenad WillheimPlease Note: You are no longer required to wear your lifejacket to the guest muster. Please leave your lifejacket in your state-room. In order for you to become familiarized with your Muster Station, an Emergency Muster is scheduled for ALL embarking guests today, Sunday, November 24, at 5:15pm. Attendance is mandatory.

Emergency Muster The General Emergency Alarm – seven short and one long signal – will be given by the ship’s alarm bells. When you hear this signal, proceed to your assigned Muster Station on Promenade Deck 7.

Your assigned Muster Station is indicated on or next to your stateroom door (as well as on your Guest Identification/Key Card). This sign also has instruc-tions on how to put on your lifejacket, which is located in the closet. In an actual emergency, the crew assembles at Emergency Stations throughout the ship to assist and direct you. In case of a total blackout, or if the corridors and staircases are filled with smoke, please follow the strip lighting at floor level to the nearest exit.

If you are in one of the public rooms when the emergency alarm sounds, proceed directly to your lifeboat station. Lifejackets and other necessary supplies will be distrib-uted to you there.

When wearing your lifejacket, please make sure that the two buckles are properly secured and tighten the belt around your back. The light will activate automatically upon contact with water, and the whistle is to be used to attract the attention of rescue personnel.

Fire On Board Fire is an extremely serious hazard on board, and we ask everyone to be very conscious about it. Due to the fire hazard, the use of candles, irons etc. is strictly forbidden in your stateroom. Please note that smoking of any kind is prohibited in Penthouses, staterooms and on the verandahs. DO NOT SMOKE IN BED! Never throw lit cigarettes or cigars over the side of the ship; the draft caused by the ship’s speed can easily draw lit embers back on board and start a fire.

If you should detect smoke or fire, push the nearest fire alarm button, and/or dial the Emergency Number 3333 and notify the nearest crew member. Please also be aware that an audible alarm is installed in your stateroom; this alarm will also sound on the Bridge. If this alarm sounds, stay calm and in case of fire, leave the stateroom and close the door behind you. Assistance will be on its way immediately.

General Safety Tips Please exercise caution & sound judgment at all times, whether on board or ashore. Please also observe that like other cruise ships, Crystal Symphony is designed with higher door sills than what you are used to on land. There is a height difference between your bathroom and your stateroom floor. Therefore, please be careful when going through doors, or when stepping in and out of the bathroom.

Always hold on to handrails when walking on steps, stairways or gangways and be extra careful when walking on wet decks and when going through exit doors, especially in windy conditions.

Again, welcome aboard Crystal Symphony. Please have a safe and comfortable cruise.

Nenad Willheim, Captain, Crystal Symphony

Ship’s Medical Center (Phone 9911) Crystal Symphony’s onboard medical staff consists of a doctor and three nurses. At least one nurse is on board at all times. Daily office hours are from 8:00am to 12 Noon and 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Doctor’s consultation hours are 9:00am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

Medical attention (24 hours): dial 9911 to reach the nurse on duty. In extreme emergency call 3333.

Please note there is a regular consultation fee; consultations outside the doctor’s office hours and stateroom calls are subject to an additional charge. Special examinations and/or treatment procedures are charged separately, as is medication.

The Medical Center is located on Crystal Deck 5 (starboard corridor, just forward of the Reception Desk), accessible by taking the forward stairs or elevators.

Physically Challenged GuestsThe alarm system throughout the

ship gives audible warnings. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have any other physical disability, please contact the Reception Desk so that, in an emer-

gency, we’re aware of your special needs.

For physically challenged guests who are

unable to access the desks of the Future

Cruise Sales Consultant or Crystal Society

Hostess, please call 3863 or 3870 respec-

tively to arrange assistance.

wood Theatre. Complimentary headsets

and receivers are available at Reception.

Crystal Destination Discoveries Shore Excursions Notices

Crystal Cruises’ Shore Excursions Manager Jim and his team, Eva-Linn, Ashleigh, and Ilana wish you a warm welcome aboard.

Location and Hours The Shore Excursions Desk is located next to the Reception Desk in the Crystal Plaza on Crystal Deck 5 and is open today from 12 Noon to 7:00pm. Should you need extra guidance in planning your time ashore, please stop by or call us on extension 3708.

Tour Order Forms• Please keep in mind that our tours are very popular and fill quite quickly; please turn in your tour order form at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. Tour tickets will then be issued and delivered (subject to availability) to the mail clip outside your stateroom door. The ticket fee is charged to your shipboard account. • If making changes to tours, please bring your tickets to the Shore Excursions Desk. • Please check the top of your tour ticket for departure time and place.

Pre-Registered ToursFor all guests who have pre-registered shore excursions, you will receive your tickets this evening. If you pre-reserved your tours and there are no tickets in your stateroom, please contact the Shore Excursion office at your earliest convenience. For details regarding cancellation of excursions, please refer to the general conditions in your Crystal Adventures Shore Excursions book. Please double check all your tour tickets in order to ensure they are correct and please note the departure times may differ from the online booking system and tour booklets.

Complimentary Shuttle Service in our Ports of CallCrystal Cruises is pleased to provide complimentary shuttle service in ports of call where the town or the city center is beyond a reasonable walking distance from the ship’s pier. The shuttle schedule will be announced in the onboard daily newsletter Reflections. Please note, we are unable to provide shuttle schedules prior to the start of a sailing. Schedules and the operations of shuttles are sometimes dictated by local authorities, traffic or security measures, which may create delays and, in some cases, prohibit shuttle service from operating inside the port area. Complimentary shuttle service is provided at the sole discretion of Crystal Cruise and is not guaranteed in any port. Please refer to Reflections or speak with our onboard Shore Excursion staff for details. Shuttle bus operations are for independent guests who wish to transfer to the town center ONLY. The bus cannot deviate and/or stop at hotels, restaurants, parking lots or any other destination other than the pre-determined designated shuttle bus stop in the center of town.

Independent Tour OperatorsCrystal Adventure Shore Excursions can only be viewed and pre-reserved directly with-Crystal Cruises through the official Crystal Cruises website: crystalcruise.com. Guests should be weary of independent vendors or websites that may falsely present their tour offerings as Crystal Adventures Shore Excursions. Crystal Cruises does not condone or recommend that guests participate in shoreside activities purchased through vendors with the port property or elsewhere ashore. If guests choose to participate in such shoreside activities, it is at their own risk and Crystal Cruises is not responsible for the consequences that may result. Please note that we cannot provide transfers to independent guests to hotels, restaurants, parking lots or any other destination other than the pre-determined designated shuttle bus stop in the center of town. The bus is to operate point-to-point between the ship and a downtown designated shuttle bus stop. There can be no deviations to the routing of the shuttle bus.

Crystal Adventures Shore ExcursionsPlease note that all guests participating in Crystal Adventures shore excursions are required to have a valid booking number for the specific cruise during which the excursion is offered. We are sorry that visitors and outside guests cannot be accommodated on our tours ashore.

Please check your tickets to ensure they list the specific Crystal Adventures shore excursion(s) which you pre-reserved. If the tour listed on the ticket(s) you receive is incorrect, please bring the ticket(s) to the Shore Excursion Desk to exchange them for the correct tour. Failure to bring incor-rect tour tickets to our attention prior to the cancellation date of the tour will result in your being charged for the tour listed on the actual tickets you received.

Awareness and Caution Worldwide

Crystal Cruises is most interested in your safety. We suggest that you minimize the risks associated with traveling in areas unknown to you by touring with repu-table tour operators or persons familiar to you. All Crystal-sponsored activities are designed with your safety in mind. It is always wise to leave any keepsake valu-ables and fine jewelry safely on board.

Touring with Friends and FamilyPlease notify the Shore Excursions Desk as soon as possible if you are traveling together with friends or family and we will do our utmost to try and accom-modate you on the same bus. Failure to do so may result in having to travel on separate vehicles. We do suggest pre-meeting your entire party before meeting for your tour.

Important Information about Gastrointestinal Illness(GI Illness) and its Prevention

Dear Guests:

As many of you may know, there has been discussion from time to time about gastrointestinal illness (GI illness) and its most common cause, norovirus, also known as Norwalk-like Virus, and cruise ships. This illness occurs world-wide and is second only to the common cold in occurrence. Because of this, individuals with symptoms or having had recent bouts of GI illness may likely be included in a group embarking on board.

At present, we have no reason to believe there is an unusual level of GI illness onboard. However, to minimize the potential for transmission of GI illness to our guests, we maintain a very high standard of sanitation and introduce even higher levels of sanitation practices when we suspect cases might exist on board.

The key to controlling any potential outbreak is to identify anyone who has GI illness symptoms as quickly as possible. Therefore, if at anytime during the cruise you experience symptoms such as stomach pain, cramps, vomiting, fever, nausea, body aches or diarrhea please report to the medical center immediately.

While not life-threatening, GI illness is easily transmittable, and can be uncomfort-able. It typically runs its course in 24 to 48 hours.

Some of the practices we follow in order to minimize the potential for the spread of GI illness are:

• Persons with symptoms or having had direct contact with persons with symp-toms will be isolated until the medical officer deems it safe to return to shipboard activities.

• Frequently touched surfaces, such as elevator buttons and hand rails, will be sanitized often.

• Disinfection of staterooms and public areas will occur often.

• Self-service food handling by guests for ice cream, bar snacks and canapés as well as self-service in The Bistro and Marketplace buffet may be temporarily suspended.

• Officers, Staff and Crew must refrain from shaking hands.

Action that you can take to minimize your risk of becoming ill or spreading it to others includes:

• In each port, please use the hand sanitizer dispenser before boarding the ship and whenever one is located within the ship.

• Please wash hands with soap and water frequently.

• Avoid close contact with individuals whom you know have symptoms.

• Refrain from shaking hands.

Further, while I am very much looking forward to meeting all of you at my Welcome Aboard and Farewell parties, for the above reasons I must refrain from shaking hands in the receiving line. I thank you for your cooperation and under-standing. All of us at Crystal Cruises wish you a most delightful and healthy cruise vacation.

Sincerely,

Onboard PlumbingAlthough our toilet system on board is

quite strong (you will notice by the flush),

it is also very sensitive. In order to avoid

clogging the system – which may cause

the entire system to shut down – we ask

that you please refrain from placing objects other than tissue (i.e. kleenex,

razors, sanitary items, hand towels, panty-

hose, diapers, etc.) in the toilet.

Bars & LoungesKindly note that it is Crystal Cruises policy that children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when attending public bars on board Crystal Symphony. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served wine and beer, and at least 21 years old to be served spirits. When docked or anchored in U.S. ports, within the three-mile limit, guests must be at least 21 years old to be served any alcoholic beverage.

USPH Advisory Crystal Cruises consistently receives the

highest scores from the United States

Public Health service after inspections of

our culinary operations. We are also keenly

aware of our responsibility to inform our

guests of specific advisories from USPH.

Their most recent guidelines require us to

advise you that any foods such as meat,

seafood, shellfish, eggs, milk or poultry

which you might order not thoroughly

cooked to the required minimum

temperature (to eliminate disease-causing

organisms) can significantly increase risk

for foodborne illness, especially if you have

certain medical conditions.

Our Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, Toni Neumeister, and the chefs of Crystal Cruises created a fresh, extra-sensory experi-ence for your dining pleasure.

The Science of Food

Inspired by recent developments in food science that build on traditional cooking methods and take the traditional several steps further to reflect 21st century values, Neumeister and his talented team have crafted an exciting set of menus that will entice your palate. At a chef summit held exclusively for our Crystal culinary team, Neumeister, our executive chefs, and executive pastry chefs were joined by two guest chefs from shore-based restaurants to experiment and concoct new recipes. The guest chefs included a former research and development chef from the famous Fat Duck restaurant in Berkshire, Portugal (Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant), and a specialist in precision temperature cooking. This illustrious team of culinary masterminds brewed up innovative, fresh recipes that will have guests asking for seconds!

Crystal’s Modern Cuisine

The result of all of this experimentation is the Modern Cuisine menu offered in the Waterside. Our Modern Cuisine is based on the food science of contemporary cooking that uses special techniques, a variety of new equipment and the finest quality ingredients to ultimately reveal hidden properties in the food. Crystal’s chefs employ equipment such as Pacojets (for transforming ingredients into ultra-light mousses), smoking guns, high emulsion blenders, extractors and spray guns to enhance the flavors and textures of the Modern Cuisine menu, resulting in exciting and extremely creative presentations.

Guests will be treated to dishes that truly engage all of their senses. With intriguing textures that include foams, mousses and crystals gleaned from what you thought were ordinary ingredients, our Modern Cuisine will magically transform your evening meal into a unique, unmatched experience.

What’s for Dinner?

For example, on one night guests might find a dish of Charred Wagyu Beef Crudo, Mashed Potatoes and Horseradish Cream on the menu. On another evening, guests might wish to indulge in our “Trio of Oysters” pickled shallots, cucumber sherbet and oyster espuma or Baby Halibut, cockles dill chowder and snow peas. And be sure to save room for dessert – almond tart, marinated berries, cotton candy dome and strawberry consommé are perfect to top off the evening.

We hope our guests will experiment and indulge in the selections offered in our Modern Cuisine menu, however we also recognize that some of our guests would like to have options from our tried-and-true dishes available — our Crystal Classics. Each evening guests will be able to select from both the Modern Cuisine menu as well as the Crystal Classics menu, which includes such favorites as Prime Rib, Dover Sole “à la Meunière” and, of course, local influenced dishes such as Paella.

Bon appetit!

The Vintage RoomA unique concept in wining and dining.

Located between the Starlite Club and Umi Uma on the port side of Tiffany Deck 6 Aft, The Vintage Room was created to promote wine education and the vast range of fine wine selections offered on board.

In addition to occasional daytime wine tastings and discussions in this beautiful room, guests may partake in a variety of wine “themed” dinners on any evening of their choice during the cruise.

By special arrangement with the Head Sommelier, private parties of up to 12 can be arranged so guests may enjoy this exclusively Crystal experience of pairing wine and food. Our Executive Chef pairs a selection of special culinary creations to enhance the qualities of each of the wines chosen. During the dinner, our expert Head Sommelier shares his/her knowl-edge of these extraordinary wines, offers complete tasting notes and explains the unique properties of the vintages with the various food courses presented.

If guests wish to plan an exclusive evening in the Vintage Room with family and friends, our Head Sommelier is happy to assist you in selecting your favorite wines.

There are special themes from which a wine connoisseur can choose, such as A Wine Tour of Europe, Best Wines of Napa, The Italian Experience or New World and Old World Wine Comparisons. Four or five wines are usually chosen, and appropriate food courses to enhance the wines are presented during the leisurely, entertaining and educational evenings in The Vintage Room. There is a minimum charge of $2,500 for these exclusive private dinners, which includes the wines and gratuity.

For more information or to reserve your dinner in The Vintage Room, please contact

Head Sommelier Goran Sharlamanov via the Reception Desk. À votre santé!

Phone Home with SeaMobile™ Note: SeaMobile is a special service offered for the convenience of our guests. Since not all carriers can utilize this service, we strongly encourage you to contact your home service provider to determine if they allow access.

Through an agreement with SeaMobile, a

leading provider of satellite-based broad-

band services, Crystal Cruises lets you

take advantage of your wireless devices

while at sea. Once the ship reaches 12

nautical miles off shore, you can use

your own mobile phone and telephone

number to keep in touch both with fellow

travelers on board, as well as with friends

and family ashore.

To connect, first make sure you have

authorized service from your home provider

to dial international phone numbers. Then,

use your mobile phone and telephone

number the same way you would

ashore. Most compatible devices connect

automatically when the power is turned on.

Your mobile phone settings should be set to

Automatic Network Selection.

When calling the U.S., Canada, Mexico or

the Caribbean, dial as you would on a land

line (1, the area code and phone number).

To reach other international destinations,

dial 011, the country code and phone

number. If you do not know the country

code, please contact your home service

provider. While using this system, you

may see the following on your cell phone

display: 901 Nor, 901 18, Cellular at Sea,

or Maritime. This simply indicates you

are roaming and international maritime

roaming rates will apply.

To avoid interference with land-based wire-

less networks, the SeaMobile system will

only be available when the ship is at least 12

nautical miles from land. When in port, you

can connect to local roaming networks, as

permitted by your home carrier.

You may use your mobile phone in most

areas on board. However, the following

areas have been designated as quiet

zones where service will not be available:

Waterside restaurant, Galaxy Lounge,

Hollywood Theatre, Stardust, Umi Uma,

Silk, and Prego. As a courtesy to all guests

on board, we kindly request that you set

the ring tone to silent mode, and that you

be conscious of the volume of your voice

when making a call.

Text messaging on your mobile phone

and compatible GSM device, as well as

service for Internet-enabled devices, is also

available as long as you have these services

through your home carrier. Again, fees and

other charges may be added by your home

wireless service provider, and charges will

be billed by your home carrier.

For complete details and rates, refer to

the SeaMobile pages in the Telephone

Guide section of the stateroom directory.

There may be other costs, such as taxes

and fees, associated with using these

services, which may be charged by your

home carrier or service provider. In addi-

tion, you may wish to check with your

specific service provider for any additional

charges that may be incurred.

Important Notice: To avoid any roaming fees while at sea we suggest that all mobile devices are set to ‘Airplane Mode’.

Phone Home... Avoid high roaming charges on your cell phone

This rate is in effect when you make ship-to-shore calls using your stateroom telephone that are billed to your shipboard account. The rate is in effect when calling any country in the world. Refer to the Telephone Guide of your in-stateroom directory for complete instructions on using your telephone.

Rates: $2.50 USD per minute*

*$2.50 per minute rate applies to calls made using your in-stateroom phone and billed to

your shipboard account.

Redeeming Shipboard Spending CreditsGuests sailing with us often receive a shipboard spending credit or onboard gifts (truffles, wine, etc.) from their travel agents, from one of our Crystal Cruises travel partners such as American Express and Leading Hotels of the World, or through the Crystal Society Rewards Program. These credits are intended to enhance your cruise experience, giving you the opportunity to enjoy additional shipboard amenities and services. You may also, sometimes, receive a shipboard spending credit directly to your shipboard account from friends, family members or your travel agent as a special “bon voyage” present. Crystal Cruises would like to clarify our policy regarding these credits and gifts.

Shipboard Spending CreditsShipboard spending credits may be applied to any onboard purchases or services normally charged to your shipboard account. These include gift shop purchases, shore excursions, photographs and digital cameras, gratuities, laundry and dry cleaning, beauty salon or spa treatments. Shipboard Credits cannot be redeemed or otherwise utilized in the Casino or for Bingo.

Shipboard spending credits may not be applied to port charges, future cruise bookings or stateroom upgrades. Further, any credits not used during your cruise cannot be exchanged for cash or “held” on your account for a future cruise (with the exception of back-to-back sailings). Any unused shipboard spending credits expire at the conclusion of your voyage.

Onboard GiftsGifts you receive from our travel partners during your cruise, such as chocolate truffles and wine, may not be redeemed for cash. However, should you choose to return any of these gifts, the equivalent retail value will be applied to your onboard account as a shipboard spending credit, subject to the same provisions described above. Please note that flowers may not be returned for credit, as they are perishable items. Gifts from the Crystal Society may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Payment for Purchases on BoardFor your convenience, there is a “charge only” system on board. Simply sign vouchers for all purchases and services. The charges are laced on your account and billed to you at the end of the cruise. Cash, travelers checks, American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Din-ers Club®, Discover®, or personal checks in U.S. currency (up to $4,000 per person per cruise) are accepted for payment. Your name and account number (5 digits = stateroom number + personal suffix) are printed on the check by the cash register. We request that each guest verify that the name and account number are correct before signing each bar bill/sales check, as the charge will be posted directly to your onboard account.

Casino Cash Advance Policy Change An addition to our existing Room Charge policy for Resorts World at Sea Casino shipboard advances has been implemented. We have added a Global Cash Access service for credit card and debit card cash advances for use in the Resorts World at Sea Casino.

With this service, guests may now obtain cash advances using the following credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover — or by making withdrawals using debit cards directly at the Casino Cage. Please note that American Express cards cannot be accepted. Please note that the Global Cash Access service is only available at the Resorts World at Sea Casino Cage and the actual credit card or debit card must be presented to the cashier in order to process the request. The cash limit that is permitted to be withdrawn is based on your current debit or credit card terms and conditions. A nominal transaction fee is charged for using this service.

Games of Chance Only those guests who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to participate in any monetary-based Games of Chance (i.e. Bingo, gambling in the casino, etc.). Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Casino. Guests under the age of 18 may accompany appropriate-aged guests to Bingo, however they may not actively participate. With regards to Bingo, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to purchase a Bingo card and play. In addition, no prizes will be paid out to anyone under the age of 18 years. Thank you for your cooperation.

It’s an unusual and rare treat to have a designer on board, even more so when she’s the head jeweler of the company that bears her name. American born. Q Evon sold her first piece at the tender age of six and never looked back. A long career as a commercial model and actress allowed her to travel the world, immersing herself in new cultures and sketching designs inspired by the vivid impressions, tastes and textures she experienced.Turning her passion for jewelry fabrication into a full-time business in 1996, her first wholesale collection won two first place jewelry industry design awards. Growing her business over two decades to include fine jewelry, museums and one-of-a-kind collections, “Q” continues to push the limits of her designs and evolve as a designer, fine jeweler and metalsmith.

Product OverviewWorld travel, international culture and visual texture have long been the building blocks of each Q Evon Design collection. Q’s muse may come from the shapes and angles in the Gothic architecture of Barcelona, the texture of the North Carolina mountains at dawn, or the light and shadow playing over the Rock of Gibraltar, inspiring her to create one-of-a-kind pieces steeped in world travel experiences, which have dominated the esthetic unique to Q Evon Design. The Q Evon limited production collections are sterling, colored gemstones and 18-karat vermeil. Q personally selects her gemstones in Southeast Asia and Brazil and works closely with her stonecutters to create the perfect shapes to reflect her international mindset. Each handcrafted piece of jewelry tells a story and is the start of a new story for the wearer. Follow her on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.Join Suzanne Q. MEET OUR CONCIERGES

Concierge – Melanie PetersMelanie hails from the sunny Australian city of Brisbane. Melanie started her career in

hospitality as a teenager at the Treasury Casino and Hotel as a cashier and rising the

ranks to a slot supervisor. Her love for travel started when she

joined her friends in London to live and work. Once she started

travelling around Europe and the U.S., Melanie realized that she

had a thirst to experience new cultures and their food and wines.

Once her working holiday ended in 2011, Melanie was recom-

mended to Crystal Cruises as a slot hostess. She took great pride in

ensuring her guests had great fun at her tournaments. Her passion

for customer service and a quest for new challenges led Melanie to

the Concierge Desk. You will find her here smiling and always ready to provide guid-

ance with any requests to ensure you have a relaxing and fulfilling upcoming voyage.

A Note about Sun Loungers & ChairsFor the comfort and convenience of all our guests we would like to remind everyone

that reserving or saving sun loungers, chairs or sofas for later usage on our pool deck

Chief Concierge – Sergio PetreSergio, born in Caracas, Venezuela was destined to travel from a young age. He moved

to France as a teenager to learn about his family’s culture, as well as follow a career

in football that led him to Spain. Sergio then received a scholar-

ship for a university in Southern Indiana, USA where he obtained a

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Soon after, he started his hospitality career in Las Vegas, USA where

he fell in love with the industry. This led him to Switzerland, to

continue his studies and obtain a Master’s Degree in Hotel Manage-

ment specializing in Human Resources. Sergio’s work experiences

also include working for a family owned hostel in Peru, a resort in

French Polynesia, and a luxury hotel in Switzerland.

In 2017, the opportunity arose for him to join the reception team of Crystal Symphony, an

Indoor smoking is permitted only in the Connoisseur Club smoking lounge. Smoking is prohibited in all other indoor areas of the ship including all other public rooms, lounges, corridors and restau-rants, as well as all staterooms, suites and verandahs. Please note, if smoke is detected in a stateroom or suite, a cleaning fee of $250 per incident will be billed to your account.

Outdoor smoking is allowed in a limited number of designated spaces as follows:

Cigarette smoking (including e-cigarettes)

• Decks 10, 9 and 8 Aft, port side on Crystal Symphony • Seahorse pool area, Forward, port side only • Promenade Deck, port side only

Cigar & Pipe smoking • Decks 10, 9 and 8 Aft, port side on Crystal Symphony

Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are allowed in the same venues where smoking is permitted. E-cigarettes are not permitted in areas designated as no smoking.

Crystal Cruises kindly asks guests to observe non-smoking areas that have been created for the comfort and enjoyment of everyone on board. Our Concierges are happy to arrange private golf outings at our various ports

of call this cruise. In a cruise industry first, our concierges were the first cruise line concierges to become Professional Affiliates with the Austrian sector of the Union Interna-tional des Concierges d’Hôtels.

ValuablesFor your security, each stateroom and penthouse is equipped with a personal safe for small valuables that you may like to keep handy. Because you must assume full responsibility for items kept in your stateroom, we recommend that items of special value be placed in the complimentary safe deposit boxes at the Reception Desk, Crystal Deck 5.
