ALL WE HAVE… On the lead up to the wedding, you will have a dedicated Wedding Planner to finalise every detail, and if you believe in practice makes perfect, we have years of experience to make sure every detail is taken care of.

Within our packages, you receive a complimentary menu tasting where you are both invited to taste our wedding selector and decide on your menu, which is around 5 months prior to your big day. We understand that sometimes you need another opinion, so if you would like to add on additional guests please just let us know and we can let you know a cost.

Celebrate you becoming newlyweds with a glass of sparkling wine and canapés, which can also be enjoyed by your guests while you are off getting your photographs taken.

Enjoy your first wedding meal as a couple – your wedding breakfast! We offer a carefully selected three-course meal followed by tea and coffee, not forgetting a glass of wine per person with your meal and a glass of sparkling wine to toast the speeches.

We understand that numbers can change in the lead up to the wedding that is why two weeks prior we will arrange a final meeting with our Wedding Coordinator to finalise everything, including your table plan.

There is nothing better than having all of your friends, family and loved ones in the same place, we can organise accommodation for you and your guests in our 148 bedrooms. With the option to upgrade your room to a king deluxe or a suite for a small supplement, make your stay one to remember. Accommodation for the newly weds is included on the night of the wedding complimentary.

Coffee and a catch up? Our Wedding Coordinator would be more than happy to meet you throughout your planning process, just to make sure that you are keeping calm and enjoying the process – it should be an enjoyable process.

We both cannot praise enough the assistance of our master of ceremony for the day. I stayed at the hotel the night before and the master of ceremonies made a point of coming to my room in the morning to make sure I was ok and to confirm timings and plan for the ceremony later that day, really making sure I was enjoying my wedding morning rather than stressing. MENUS

Each couple gets the chance to attend a menu tasting approximately 5 months prior to their wedding day. On the evening, you will have pre-selected a starter, main and dessert to try each. After the tasting, you can discuss your options with our talented head chef if there is anything you would like to change. We understand that sometimes you may need more than one opinion, for a small charge payable on the evening, if you would like to invite any additional guests then please discuss this with your Wedding Coordinator. Please note that all guests in attendance will be eating from the same selection as the weds-to-be.

CHILDREN

Children are an important part of your day and we would love to welcome them at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood. We offer a kids package that includes a three course meal and a soft drink. Please see our packages page for full details.

EVENING RECEPTION

Should you be getting married abroad and wish a party when you return or are looking for an evening reception only, please speak to our Wedding Coordinator who will tailor make a package to meet with your requirements.
