Morris Area Elementary School curriculum is based on local, state, and nationally approved standards. The standards assure all students receive a rigorous program which is developmentally appropriate and sequential in nature. Curriculum is reviewed on an annual basis with more information found on the district website.

Everyday Math – Enables children in elementary grades to learn more mathematical content and become life-long mathematical thinkers. Math skills are taught and reinforced using manipulatives and hands on activities.

Treasures –provides all students with materials that are motivating and challenging and that build, encourage and support success; provide opportunities for measurement of progress; provide opportunities for multiple learning experiences; prepare students to be life-long learners and good citizens in a diverse and changing world.
