Welcome...Congratulations on your engagement, we are delighted that you are considering celebrating your wedding here with us at Warren House. We understand the importance of this day for wedding couples and we strive to make your day everything you have dreamed of - whether you have dreamed of having a manor house exclusively yours for the day or the perfect backdrop for your wedding reception Warren House may be the venue for you.

History Warren House is a beautiful Grade II listed building that was built in 1865. In 1907 after the property changed hands several times Warren House was purchased by the Paget Family. Today there are still some key features added by the Paget family such as the Edwardian Ballroom, which is based on the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles.

Whether you are holding an exclusive wedding or simply the ceremony and reception here, you will experience something very special, bespoke and totally yours. We never compromise on our exemplary standards and we will ensure that you and your guests have a day to remember.

Suggested Timetable for the Day 2pm: Guests Arrive

2:30pm: Ceremony commences in The Edwardian Ballroom

3pm: Drinks reception in Lilac and Lavender Room

4:45pm: Wedding Breakfast commences in The Persian Dining Room

6:45pm: Speeches and cake cutting

7:30pm: Evening Reception in The London Room

12am: Music ends and carriages for non-resident guests

1am: Lounge Bar closes to resident guests

Ceremony Warren House is licensed for Civil Ceremonies for up to 100 guests either in our Edwardian Ballroom, London Room or by our Gazebo outside weather permitting.

To book your ceremony please contact Kingston Register Office to make the legal arrangements, you can contact them on 020 8547 4600. There is a charge which they will be able to provide details of when you apply.

Wedding Breakfast & Drinks ReceptionYour wedding will give our Chef and Kitchen Team the opportunity to put their passion to work and provide a delicious Wedding Breakfast which will have your guests talking about for months to come and longing for more.

Following your drinks reception you and your guests will be able to enjoy a delicious three course sit down meal either in our Edwardian Ballroom, London Room or Traditional Persian Dining Room.

• The Edwardian Ballroom can seat up to 60 guests • The London Room can seat up to 100 guests• The Traditional Persian Dining Room can seat up to 100 guests

Evening EntertainmentAfter you and your guests have relaxed and enjoyed some food and drink it is then time for your evening reception to start! Please note the London Room is the only room amplified music is permitted and there is a restriction of 85 decibels.

* For the evening Reception if a DJ/Band is required this must take place in the London Room.* Amplified is only permitted in the London Room and No music is permitted outside.* London Room can hold up to 120 people.

Frequently Asked Questions• How many bedrooms does Warren House have onsite? - Warren House has 46

bedrooms onsite. • When can we drop off the cake? - The wedding cake must be delivered on the morning of

the wedding day. We are unable to accept deliveries at any other time.• Are we allowed Candles? - Tea lights and candles are permitted but must be placed in the

appropriate holders. • Can we have confetti? - Unfortunately confetti is not allowed at Warren House.• Can we book our Civil Ceremony with you? - No you will need to contact the Registrar

yourselves to arrange your desired date. The contact details are Kingston Register Office 020 8547 4600.

• What time does the bar close? - The bar will stay open until 12am for non-residents, music in the main function room will finish at 12.00am. The residents’ bar stays open under manager’s discretion.

• Are we allowed fireworks and Chinese lanterns? - Warren House does not allow fireworks or Chinese lanterns.

• Can we provide our own entertainment and beverages? - You are more than welcome to provide your own entertainment. All food and drink however will be supplied by Warren House.

• How many weddings do we have a day? - One which is yours taking place. • Are you licensed for Civil Ceremonies? - Warren House is licensed for Civil Ceremonies. • Can we try the food before the wedding day? - Yes of course, we offer a complimentary

wedding tasting for two as part of your package.• Can we cater for dietary requirements? - Yes please inform us prior to your wedding

day so all your guests can enjoy the delicious meals. • Will we have a wedding co-ordinator to assist us and who will be our main

contact on the day? - Yes our experienced wedding co-ordinator will be there to guide you through every step of planning your special day. On the wedding day our toastmaster will look after you so you can relax and enjoy your day.

• What time can the wedding guests check in from? - At Warren House check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

• Car parking? - There are 60 complimentary parking spaces on site. • Do you have minimum numbers for weddings? - At Warren House we require a

minimum of 75 day guests.• When do you require our final numbers and table plans? - We require your final

numbers and table plan 10 days prior to your special day. • When is the final payment due? - The final payment is required one month before your

special day, this is inclusive of your bar tab if required. • Do you cater for all special requests? - Warren House will always try to assist where

we can.
