Election ChoicesThe Board of Directors has made the decision

to fill the current vacant positions with the two candidates who received the highest votes.

David Frazier will be appointed for the term ending 2013 formerly held by Barry McConnell

Joyce Taylor will be appointed for the term ending 2011 formerly held by Pansy E. Moore

Election ChoicesThe quorum requirements (157) for the ballot

process were not achieved. We received 144 ballots by October 15, 2010.

The Association must schedule a re-ballot (election) to elect a candidate to fill the expired term of incumbent Juanita Rucker, and to address the By Laws and Recall of Director Lipkind issues. The quorum requirements for these issues is 236.

Revitalization Plan 2011-2015GoalsIncrease homeowner value by continuing to Invest in

both infrastructure and curb appeal elements on an ongoing basis.
