Squadron Webmail | professional front and communication
• @weircookcap.org for all squadron members
• Account configured to function as a complete mailbox or as an e-mail forward only
• Cadets e-mail accounts require parent permission. If parent does not want cadet to have unit e-mail then a forward sends mail to the designated e-mail in e-services
• Mailing lists allow quick information pass down to all members
• Parent mailing list keeps parents informed without all the communications traffic on the unit list
• Office workflows / office mailboxes
