Weekly Plan – Grade 2 A Week 9 27 Oct. – 31 Oct.

Reminders Dear parents, Kindly note that:

Our students will be taking part in our planned activities on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 regarding Friendship Day.

These activities aim to support the values of friendship, kindness and working together as a team. Kindly send a plain white T-shirt and one colored fabric marker on Wednesday. The T-shirts will be decorated by our students on the day and they are allowed to wear them on Thursday with the PE pants. Students who cannot bring a T-shirt will be doing the same activities but on paper and will be wearing it the next day to share the same values with their friends.

The MAP is a computerized adaptive test that automatically

changes in difficulty according to the level of the student. It

measures the specific strengths and weakness of the student

so that the teacher can plan effectively and personalize every

student’s learning. No revision is required before taking the

test.

English Dictation is on Thursday October 31st, 2019 - Swimming: Kindly send the swimming suit, swimming cap, water

goggles, and a towel. Kindly be reminded to get all the swimming tools

mentioned above as the student won’t swim without it.

- Science: It’s time to start working on Science Projects! Please prepare

a project from the topics below (select any one). Due date: Thursday,

November 7, 2019. Topics: Simple & Compound Machines, Technology,

Different Kind of Tools.

- Math: Dear parents, kindly note that we have a math project on either

( Addition or Subtraction ) . Due date: Monday, November 4, 2019.

Please note that students must be prepared to talk about the project in

front of the class.
