'PLEASE DON'T BE MAD' Woman finds grieving boy who left heartbreaking note and money at her door after stealing wind chime which ‘reminded him of mum’ Source: The Sun Despite the source, this story is surprisingly well written and isn’t subject to any bias. It’s just a story that is both sickeningly sweet and heart breaking at the same time. As the headline suggests, a young boy stole some wind chimes from the front porch of a woman’s house. He left a note saying that the windchimes reminded him of his mother who recently passed and him and his sister took them. He also left a $5 bill attached to the note and signed it with his name. ‘Jake’ also included in the note “please don’t be mad”. 'PLEASE DON'T BE MAD' Woman finds grieving boy who left heartbreaking note and money at her door after stealing wind chime which ‘reminded him of mum’Source: The Sun

Despite the source, this story is surprisingly well written and isn’t subject to any bias. The woman says she empathizes with him and his sister because she also lost her mother at a young age and is now trying to track the boy down to return his money and give his sister a second wind chime.

This comes under the representation of issues and age because a very young child has sadly lost one of the most important people in his life, his mother, but still feels so bad about taking some windchimes, he left a small note apologizing and even tried to pay for them. It’s hard to give my opinion on this because there’s not much to give my opinion on but I think it’s very heart-warming to see that there are still children who have this level of moral upstanding that they feel such genuine guilt over something so small.
