This class will help you to increase your mobility and flexibility, creating better body alignment and muscular balance. Poses are held for a longer time and on the matwork help you go further into the stretch. This class can be modify for further practice to yoga level as instructor's supervision along guest requirements.

The class offers basic boxing footwork . You will learn how to move, punch, jab, hook and uppercut. This multi-coordination training will help you improve cardiovascular and quick response reaction.

“Ride with fun” this spinning class performs as an anaerobic exercise that pulling energy from reserves and building upmuscular endurance over an extended timeframe. A class format is 40 to 45 minutes long ride at a moderate intensity includesboth endurance and cardiovascular training and it can burn approximately 420 to 622 calories at a moderate pace. This class islow-impact workout, it puts far less pressure on your knees and your feet than other traditional cardio alternatives.
