This is truly a special time in your life and we are honored that you are considering Its Anners Wedding

Venue as the venue for celebrating your choice of a life together forever.

We would like to introduce you to the idea of a Destination Weekend Wedding.

Situated 35km from Pretoria in the beautiful African Bushveld, Its-Anners is neatly tucked away between

the Rocky hills with beautiful Serengeti like plains. This magnificent atmosphere and setting will make

your wedding day truly memorable. You will have the Guesthouse exclusively booked for you and your

guests from the Friday till the Sunday

This includes:

o Meals for guests for Saturday night.

o Venue hire, including basic décor, setup and clean up.

o A breath-taking Chapel

o Wedding Coordinator

Welcome Drinks

Your guests will arrive any time from 2pm on Friday afternoon and will check into their rooms.

The patio area will be open for a welcoming drink.

Braai

In the evening, the fires will be lit and the guests will be welcomed at the boma for the Braai

Saturday

Breakfast Saturday will start off with a full English Buffet Breakfast on the

Patio overlooking the swimming pool. A private breakfast for the Bridal Party

can be arranged.

Saturdays are the best. This is when your guests will be swimming, laughing, playing and spending quality time with each other. This is when you will realize the true value of a weekend wedding.

The Ceremony

The Wedding Ceremony will be in the Chapel

The Reception The Wedding Hall will be decorated with standard décor, included in the package:

Long Iron Tables with Wooden Tops, Chairs, Grass isle runner

A décor voucher is included in the packages which would allow you to choose the chair covers, tie backs,

runners and table décor of your choice.

Menu

STARTER The Canape starter is a wide selection of snacks including Mini pies, meatballs, quiches, salami and olive

rolls, spring rolls, chocolate eclairs, mini milktarts, mini lemon meringues and more. The starter is served

after the ceremony while the photos are being taken.

The above mentioned can be changed to suite your taste

Sunday

Breakfast

The weekend wedding will end off on Sunday morning with another Full English Buffet breakfast on the

patio. The wedding hall will be cleared and cleaned by our staff and all of your items will be neatly

gathered for you to collect.

Checkout

Checkout time for the guests is 10 a.m., but, as our VIP guests, you and the bridal party are welcome to

stay a little longer.

You will depart with the feeling of just having had the best weekend of your life, entering the first

chapter of the best time of your life, with no one other than your soulmate

This amount is fully refundable if there are no damages, and if all the tabs are settled.

hanging of lights or flowers from the roofs yourselves)

Child Policy

Although children often form part of weddings, Its-Aners is not totally a child friendly zone due to the

following risks:

Koi ponds that are not fenced off

A big swimming pool that is not fenced off

Farm life Hazards

If children will be present at your wedding, the responsibility of their safety is in the hands of the

parents, and Its-Anners cannot be held liable.

If the child shares a room with his/her parents. A blow-up mattress will be provided but the bedding

must be provided by the parents.

Terms and conditions o If any of your guests leave without settling their accounts then your deposit will be used to

settle their accounts.

o No fireworks of any kind (including starlights) are allowed.

o You are responsible for any damages caused by any of your guests or their children.

o The wedding will not begin until the invoice (100% of the full amount) has been settled.

o Breakages will be assessed during the two weeks after your wedding. Quotations will be

requested for any major damages and the quotation value will be deducted.

o The venue will be taking photos on the day of the wedding and withhold the right to use these

photos on the internet and for other marketing opportunities.

o The children at the wedding are your responsibility and will be on the premises at their own risk.

You are expected to discipline them at all times. Our swimming pool is not enclosed and we

request that you never leave your children unattended.

o The DJ’s list has to be submitted at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.

o Guests should please bring their own swimming towels.

o Offensive comments and swearing towards any of our staff or management will not be

tolerated. Guests who do not adhere to this will be warned once and will be refused service or

removed from the premises if this continues.

o You are responsible to remove any flowers, leaves, or other decor that is not supplied by

Its-Anners from the venue.
