THERE IS NO FUTURE IN THE PAST!

And the comradery last night showed exactly that. All you could see at our event were smiles - from a

community that is ready to start rebuilding, leave the past behind, and come together to build a new future. As

President of The Board, Lilly Ann Sanchez likes to say:

“It’s a New Day at Maison Grande”

And I am very much thrilled to be on this journey with you. Last night El Dia de la Hispanidad event was

phenomenal. I hope that you have as much fun looking at these photos as I had taking them!

The evening was kicked off with The Children of Maison Grande Parade, marching along to the Spanish

version of “It’s a Small World” you could not stop smiling even if you wanted to! From their adorable outfits to

their accessories, and most important to their laughter, smiling faces and energy, the parade was the perfect way

to start the night.

A huge “thank you” to all the parents who participated and to the Kids for such a job well done!

One of the first things you do when you become a property manager is to identify who the party animals are!

And judging by these pics, I know we have a fun bunch at Maison Grande who love to dance, and I know whom

I am going dancing with!

because she gave me a take home dish of picadillo. It’s because throughout the entire night she was all smiles

And who does not want another excuse to come together and have a good time?! Don’t forget ... Friday October

29, 2021 at 7 p.m., we are hosting the Halloween party. There will be entertainment for the children and plenty

of music to dance to! There may be a costume contest.

As the holidays approach, we are looking for small things we can do in-house to brighten up our common areas. Below are some before pics of areas that are set to receive changes in the next couple of weeks. Such areas, depicted in the pics below include the exit to the pool deck and beach from the 3rd floor, the security office, the valet office, the receiving area, and more

One of our main goals here at Maison Grande is to improve while also saving money. Below are some projects

being worked on to comply with the electrical inspection of the common areas being done in house.

New hardware is being considered for the front doors, kitchen doors, and for AC closet doors, and mechanical

rooms. REMINDER: If you are going to close your kitchen doors, please advise Axel at

[email protected] ASAP as there are some time sensitive steps that you MUST take.

SNOWY MINI MART

• We have noted and increasing amount of surf boards, paddle boards, kayaks etc. in the rental area for which we are not receiving rent. Kindly bring your account current or we will remove your items.

• There is a Beach chairs and umbrella Storage Room which we need to empty. We ask that you please visit the room and remove all old or unused items. With a beach service and the coming amenities here at Maison Grande, this room is no longer needed for this use.

• Dogs continue to urinate and relieve themselves in our common areas, and owners and their tenants and residents seem to look the other way. Thank you, Joel from Housekeeping who has sourced a spray to repel dogs from certain areas. It is now being used near doors to avoid bad odors. It will soon be used in hard-hit areas. Owners please understand, it is no one’s job but yourself to pick up after your pet.

• Volunteers are needed for the Halloween Party and the Parade of Customs.

• When opening any doors to the building, whether to the lobby, or from the beach, garage, or pool deck, Residents should be alert of anyone trying to sneak in behind them, and although holding the door open seems courteous, it is a common way to let in friendly-looking” perpetrators who can steal stuff or cause mischief. So, PLEASE, make sure you know the person.

Please, do not throw anything off your balcony. Below is a picture of the Rotunda Room after only 4 days from

the previous clean up. We will not put up with this any longer and the rule will be enforced with fines and more.
