Math - Mrs. Schumacher Mistakes Allow Thinking to Happen🤔
I am so excited and privileged to have your child for math! This year we have lots to learn, but by working together, and some hard work, I’m certain we will be very successful!! We are off to a good start!
This week we’ll be getting more comfortable with the daily routine, introducing/practicing the tech sites that help with fact fluency and standards mastery, taking the MAP test on Thursday, and focusing on a review of place value standards - read, write, compare, and order numbers. The agenda and email [email protected] are easy ways to reach out to me if needed. Find the newsletter at: http://elizschumacher.weebly.com/
Social Studies & Science – Mrs. Dobbins This year we will be rotating between science and social
studies topics. We will focus on one subject at a time
spending the entire class time throughout the week or so
on that one subject.
We will begin this week with the students taking their
SLO tests in both science and social studies. This test
will then be repeated at the end of the school year to
determine student growth throughout the year.
