Week 6: Rio de Janerio, Brazil Challenge- Bike to Work It's your final leg of the journey but alas! Your shoes are worn clean through from the long journey and you have to get to Rio in time for the games. You're going to borrow a bicycle and cycle the rest of the journey! Cycling has become a huge part of the Olympics and includes mountain bike, road racing, track racing, and BMX. This week we want you to get on two wheels and bike to work at least 3 of the 5 days. If you don’t own a bike or can’t ride one, walking is a fine substitute. Want to really make it challenge? Try to run small errands on your bike this week as well. 50,000 points for hitting 2700 km (67,200 steps) OR for cycling 15 miles Walk or bike to work Strength- Lift weight twice this week to get strong

It's your final leg of the journey but alas! Your shoes are worn clean through from the long journey and you have to get to Rio in time for the games.
