WEDDING EVENT FAQS

PRICING INFORMATIONChildren under 12 cruise 1/2 off the adult rate. Children under 3 cruise free. All major credit cards are accepted. Coffee, tea and iced tea are complimentary. Soda and juice are complimentary for children under 12. Beverages may also be purchased onboard. Change and cancel fees may apply.

We strongly recommend that you enjoy the full Odyssey experience. However, you can purchase the cruise without the meal by calling 617.748.1499.

Prices are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges on unused tickets. Odyssey cruises year-round with certain restrictions.

PRIVATE DECK CHARTERSOdyssey has three private dining decks. Passenger capacity ranges from 30 to 200 per deck. Please contact your wedding sales manager for the best deck to fit your needs and for our deck minimum requirements. For all groups that do not meet our minimum requirements, a privacy fee will apply.

CONTRACT/DEPOSIT POLICIESYour signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your reservation. Final passenger guarantee and final payment are due 30 days prior to the cruise. There are no refunds or exchanges on unused tickets. Minimum passenger requirements will apply to all deck charters and full ship charters.

NON-PRIVATE SPACE (SHARED DECK)If you choose to share a deck, there is no guarantee on the deck placement. All guests will be seated together, but menus cannot be altered and announcements are not allowed on the microphone.

EXTEND THE CELEBRATION WITH EXTRA DOCKSIDE TIMEAdditional fees are accrued during extra dockside time for bar and entertainment.

• Full private deck: $1500 per hour• Full ship: $3000 per hour

PICK UP & DROP OFFEntertainment Cruises has limited storage space for wedding items. Therefore, there is a 2 box maximum for all wedding items. Your on-board coordinator will set up seating cards, card box, table numbers, guest book, cake knife, champagne flutes, bathroom baskets and wedding favors (1 at each place setting).

Each box cannot weigh more than 25 pounds each. There will be a $50.00 charge for each additional box dropped off. Any additional set-up required will be a $150.00 charge.

WEDDING COORDINATORConsider your wedding coordinator your personal guide during the wedding planning process. 3-4 months prior to your event, the event coordinator will reach out to set up a one-hour phone or in-person meeting. During this meeting, he or she will cover everything from your schedule of events, to your menu choices and seating plans.
