The Finer Details Booking Details

A Non-refundable deposit of €1000 is required to secure your booking and an n

additional €1000 due six months prior to your Wedding Day. Final Numbers must

be received 72 hours prior to your Wedding Date. Any increase in numbers will be

charged accordingly, should numbers decrease within the 72 hour period; no

refund/discount is applicable. Table plan must be submitted 5 days prior to

Wedding Date.

Hotel Policies

The hotel will not accept Cards or Gifts on your Wedding Day, please arrange

for a member of the Wedding Party to organise same. Any rooms not sold which

were reserved and confirmed by the Bride & Groom will be charged for. All items

must be collected 24 hours after your Wedding Reception. The hotel does not

accept responsibility for items lost, misplaced or damaged after this time. The hotel

reserves the right to refund deposits in circumstances where a booing is made by a

third party or under false pretences. If in the General Managers reasonable

opinion, the event may prejudice the reputation of the Hotel, provided a decision is

made within 3 days or more of the event, the Hotel will refund the deposit. No food

or beverage must be served or consumed on the premises unless the hotel supplies

it. Prices are correct at time of print, however in the event of an increase in the

standard rate of VAT the hotel reserves the right to vary the prices quoted to

reflect such circumstances. All prices are subject to annual increase of approx... 5-

7% per annum.

The Finer Details Bar Extension

A bar extension is available, subject to licence fee of €450. Please note Residents

Bar is strictly Residents Only.

Postponement

Should you be in a position where the Wedding needs to be postponed, your

original deposit paid may be transferred to a date within 6 months of the original

date. All changes must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges will include all items that have been pre booked. All

cancellations must be made in writing by both parties. In event of cancellation the

following charges will be incurred:

All deposits forfeited in full

360 Days to 270 Days – 25% Of Services Booked

270 Days to 180 Days – 50% Of Services Booked

180 Days to 91 Days – 75% Of Services Booked

91 Days to Wedding Date – 100% Of Services Booked

For the purpose of above cancellation policy charges shall be calculated on a

minimum of 120 guests. Please note cancellation policies will be implemented

fewer deposits already received.

Payment Details

All accounts must be settled 24 hours in advance of your Wedding Reception by

Cash or Bankers Draft; cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement is

made.
