Rental Rates

Historic Gardens $1,200 Seating for 150

Terrace $800 Seating for 75

Garden and Terrace $1,600 Library and Research Center $500 Seating for 50

Fees are based on a 2 hour setup, a 4 hour

event, and a 1 hour breakdown as well as the set-up and use of 150 white folding chairs.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of full fee is required at the time of application. The bal-ance is due three (3) weeks before the event.
