VintageLooking for a rental tent or marquee for hire to complement - not detract from - your event decor? Each and every vintage tent is a sophisticated, thoughtfully conceived piece of fabric art marked by handcrafted timber support poles and nautical design curves. Our pole tents can accommodate any sized event, from a rehearsal dinner to a cocktail party to a 300+ guest outdoor wedding reception.

Clear-SpanWe are specialists in the provision of clear-span structures - these are marquees with no internal supporting poles or unsightly guy ropes - allowing you to maximize use of the interior space for your event; and utilize, in compact locations, the majority of available space. With solid wood flooring and temperature controlled heating, you and your guests will enjoy freedom, safety and comfort, however long into the night your special day lasts.

High PeaksStylish from the outside with one or more pyramid shaped peaks but offering a traditional fully lined marquee on the inside, curvaceous high peak roofs can replace any standard roof panel on our clear-span marquees for a higher end look. New for 2019 is the semi-transparent version, great for letting in additional light into your marquee during the day and for dancing under the stars at your evening reception well into the night.

StretchAre you having a festival themed wedding? Our stretch tents are the new and stylish alternative to hiring a traditional marquee. With their breathtaking free flow design and flexible practicality these semi - permanent stretch fabric Bedouin style tent structures are some of the most sought after in the wedding industry.

Make an entrance!

There are plenty of ways to enter your marquee, from the standard door panel tied back to the edge of the marquee, to an integrated door system. We can also provide a grand walkway into the marquee or a canopy to walk under before entering the marquee. This can be enhanced with a transparent roof to form an external seating area for reception drinks.

FlooringWhy not choose hardwood flooring installed within your marquee? Once fully completed your flooring will be ready for your furniture to be placed, and be used as a base for dancing, without the need to hire additional dance floors. If you prefer a softer feel to your venue or a pristine surface, we can install brand new carpet on top of our innovative hardwood flooring system.

Dre�ing your venue...We offer a range of ‘linings’ including flat and pleated in ivory, but other colours and patterns can be sourced if necessary. If you prefer something sparkly, we are able to exchange a standard lining for a starlight one, which has tiny lights embedded into it for a stunning effect. We also have a selection of lighting to choose from to complement your marquee, choose from either Milan chandeliers, fairy lights, up lighters, truss lighting, ladder lights or the ever popular paper lanterns which are available in an array of colours.

Furniture HireFrom tables and chairs to staging and bars, we have a range of furniture options available for your wedding. We offer a full selection of wedding chairs and banquet tables to suit various themes and make your special day perfect. We also have a variety of linen available in a range of colours to complement your furniture.

Plastic or wooden circular tables are available in 4, 5 or 6 foot to seat up to 10 people, alternatively we can provide 6 foot x 2 foot wooden or plastic trestle tables, which seat 6 people comfortably. For a simple elegant wedding we can offer our gorgeous rustic feasting tables which are made from planks of Cedar of Lebanon sat within a galvanised custom made frame, which can seat 10. These can be paired with benches or lime wash chiavari banqueting chairs.

We can provide a range of bar hire options including a matt black bar and all sundries. If you’d prefer something a bit different, we can offer an oak barrel bar complete with apple crates to complement your marquee.

Why choose usWe specialize in wedding marquees! From first contact, through to completion, customer service is at the forefront of what we do.

At first contact we will acknowledge your message by emailing some helpful information about our services. This will include our guarantee and testimonials from our customers. If we have your marquee requirements already i.e via our contact form, we will aim to provide a quotation within 24 hours. We hope then that you will take up your quotation, or if you’d like us to make any amendments we can do so. A site visit may be required to establish the best option if the site is unusual, on different levels, or if you require more than one structure. If this is required then a full quotation can be done afterwards. During a site visit our fully trained staff will discuss your requirements, and will measure the site, including any elevations. They are fully equipped to answer any queries you might have. Please feel free to ask us any questions about the process or what we offer, we are always available on the phone or by email. In the days prior to your wedding, our dedicated team of riggers, along with a site manager will erect your marquee. All our staff are full time and fully trained and safety is their number one priority.

On the day you will receive a beautiful, clean marquee, which is structurally sound along with matching furniture, which fits your theme for your special day perfectly.
