If you have a date in mind, please let us know, as a provisional booking will ensure that the room is reserved for you. A non-refundable deposit of £500 is then required to confirm your booking within 14 days of the initial enquiry. We will require final guest numbers at least 14 days prior to your wedding. This will be the minimum number for which you will be charged, unless additional guests are catered for on the day.
The final balance must be paid at least 14 day prior to your wedding. 50% of the estimated final bill is required three months prior to your wedding. In the event of a booking being cancelled, the Hotel will endeavour to minimise the loss by re-letting the room. If however, the Hotel is unsuccessful, a cancellation charge will be made; this is stated in the terms and conditions you will receive once the wedding has been confirmed.
Wedding Packages are subject to availability, and restrictions apply.
Car parking is available for your Wedding guests during your daytime and evening celebrations at no extra cost. If any of your guests are staying as residents or would like to leave a car overnight, this is charged at a concessionary rate of £6.00. All vehicles in the car park must be registered at Reception upon arrival to avoid an automatic fine being issued.

Q. Is car parking available for my guests? A. Yes; parking for guests attending just during the day or evening is included, they must register their
vehicle at Reception upon arrival. For those staying overnight or wishing just to leave their car, the charge is £6 and this can be arranged at Reception. Please be aware that guests must enter their full and correct vehicle registration into the system at Reception, otherwise an automatic fine will be issued by Parking Eye, the car park management.
Q. Is overnight accommodation available for my guests? A. Yes; we put a block of ten rooms aside for your guests, these at rates of £135 including breakfast for
double occupancy per room per night or £125 including breakfast for single occupancy per room per night. Rooms required above the ten put aside are available on a standard booking process.
Q. Can we arrange a breakfast gathering for family/friends the following morning? A. Yes; we like to have an idea of numbers in the week leading up to your wedding, so we can
anticipate the number of tables required and have these ready and reserved for your party. Q. Who arranges the extras for my wedding e.g. Registrar, Decorations etc? A. We can help/assist with suggesting suppliers and contact details for them. Certain things i.e.
registrar/ceremony details you would have to speak with them directly. Q. What happens with my decorations and flowers for the set up of our Wedding?
We request that the day prior to your wedding, you come down to the Hotel to drop off any decorations, table plans, name cards etc. and give us set-up instructions. Our team will decorate your tables for you on the morning of your wedding, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Q. Can I arrange my own catering? A. Unfortunately not, catering must be provided by our Chef and his team. Details of menus are in this
pack, but for further information, please speak to one of our Wedding Coordinators. Dietary requirements can be catered for in addition to your choice of menu.
Q. Can we try our menu before our Wedding?
A. Yes; we offer a complimentary menu tasting for the Bride and Groom which includes a bottle of house wine. You are welcome to have others come along; they will be charged at the value of the menu you have selected to try.

Q. How often will we meet with the Wedding Coordinator in the run-up to our wedding? A. As often as you wish. As a minimum, after your initial enquiry and confirmation, we will look to
arrange a meeting at around three months prior to your day, final details are settled two weeks prior to your day, this is when you will also meet with the Event Manager for your Wedding. And then, if applicable when you come in the day before to drop off decorations, we have a brief run- through of the details and ensure you are both happy and confident.
