The main reception grounds include lush grass, beautiful tress, an explosion of colors from our extensive flower beds, spectacular lighting all under a backdrop of blue mountain skies and the charming Twenty Mile House.
Dance the night away on our 20 x 24 foot dance floor under spectacular lighting strung throughout our gardens. In addition we offer a beautiful outdoor bar and patio area perfect for cocktail hour and the historic General Store for indoor event space.

The entire beautiful Twenty Mile House main house including 4 charming guest rooms and our 3 private secluded cabins are available for the use of you and your wedding guests. They can accommodate up to 26 guests.
The Main HouseThe main Twenty Mile House is a beautifully restored 1854 former stage coach stop. It includes:

The Creekside Cabin (Sleeps 4)Located approximately 300 feet from the main house this 1-bedroom private and delightful cabin is cantilevered over Jackson Creek The cabin includes a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, main bedroom with King bed, and Queen bed in sleeping alcove.
The Northfield Cabin (Sleeps 6)Our largest and most spacious cabin the Northfield is located in its own private piece of forest 600 feet from the main Twenty Mile House alongside Jackson Creek. This 2-story cabin includes a large deck overlooking the forest, 3 bedrooms (King, Double & 2 Twins), living room with fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Additional Accommodations NearbyThere are numerous accommodations in the nearby area to suit the needs of your out-of-town guests including vacation rentals, lodges, cabins and hotel/motel rooms. A list of additional accommodations has been provided at the end of this brochure.
The Trackside Cabin (Sleeps 4)Nestled in the forest the 1-bedroom Trackside cabin is our most quaint and cozy cabin. It includes an expensive deck overlooking the forest, a main bedroom with Queen bed, antique claw foot tub to soak in, living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen and small dining area.
The Historic General Store
This historic gem creates the perfect ambi-ence, backdrop and indoor space for your wedding reception celebrations. Historic wooden floors, beautiful wooden counter space, antique wood burning stove with shelves lined with memories of yesteryears. The General Store can accommodate up to 40-50 people seated and 100 people standing.
The Gardens
The historic main Twenty Mile House is sur-rounded by 2-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. It provides a stunning location for your garden dinner reception. Many couples also choose to hold their ceremony in our gardens. It also provides the opportunity to set up games or activities for your guests be-fore and during your wedding. Our gardens can accommodate up to 200 guests.
The Outdoor Bar & Patio Area
Our beautiful paved outdoor bar and patio area extends off the historic General Store to our dance floor. It provides the perfect set-ting for cocktail hour for you and your guests following the ceremony. It is also a popular evening hang out after dinner in our gardens to dance the night away under our spectacu-lar lights and the star filled mountain skies.

The Twenty Mile House’s goal is to help make your wedding day as stress-free as possible so you can relax and truly enjoy your wedding day. To help reach this goal we provide the following coordination services:
Wedding Planning GuideYou will be provided with a detailed wedding planning guide to help you keep track of all the details of your wedding planning and to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly.
Wedding Planning FairYou’re invited to attend one of two wedding planning fairs held annually at Twenty Mile House. You get to sample food and cake tastings and meet the vendors to discuss design and planning of your wedding. If you are unable to attend either of these planning fairs you may contact our vendors directly to arrange private tastings and consultations for which individual vendors may have an additional charge.
Ceremony RehearsalOur expert wedding coordinator will be available to conduct a ceremony rehearsal on the grounds at a prearranged time prior to your wedding.
Pre-Wedding ConsultationYou will receive a 2-hour pre-wedding consultation with our expert wedding coordinator. During this session you will discuss all the details of your wedding day including ceremony, catering, flowers, table settings, timelines and any other events you would like to plan during your stay.
Day-of-Wedding CoordinationTo ensure your wedding day goes smoothly we will provide a day-of-wedding coordinator available for 8 hours on your wedding day to oversee set-up, timeline and schedule, vendor coordination and other details to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Dine On Organic Local Gourmet Catering
Professional chefs will prepare delicious appetizers and an elegant dinner using fresh, local, sustainable and organic ingre-dients based on availability. Free-range organic chicken, grass-fed beef, sustain-able fish, in-season organic vegetables and fresh baked organic bread are an example of some of the ingredient choices you may have. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options are available.
A full list of sample menu options is available and food tastings are available at our Spring and Fall Wedding Fairs. The chefs can work with you to fulfill any special request you may have.

Professional DJ So You Can Dance The Night Away!
We provide a professional DJ with full sound system, microphone and ceremony set-up for music and MC if desired for up to 8 hours. Our DJ can also suggest and book live music performed by local musicians, including classical guitar, bluegrass, and more.
BarYou supply the drinks. We will supply a professional bartender, full bar set-up including glassware, and ice for the evening.
Elegant Champagne Toast ServiceIf you supply the champagne you would like we will provide a full champagne toast and pouring service.
Organic Fair-Trade Coffee & Tea ServiceWe will provide an after-dinner organic fair-trade coffee and specialty tea service for your wedding guests.
Event TentsWe provide event tents for the dinner reception, dance floor and patio bar area in the event of inclem-ent weather. We also have smaller tents (10x10 and 10x20) available for your use.
