Website Tutorial: Documenting hours
Navigate to:
https://friendsoftheaguafrianationalmonument.wildapricot.org/
Left Click Login (red box)
Type your Email and Password (red box),
then left click Login (green box).
Hover your mouse curser over MEMBERS (red box) and left click
REPORT YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS (green arrow).
Left click Report your hours (red box).
Enter your email (red box) and your password (green box), and then left click Sign in (purple box). This website, Track it
forward, is not connected to the Friends’ website, so you will have to enter an email and password again. The email and
password you use for the Track it forward site can be the same as your login and password for the Friends’ website.
Enter the number of hours you volunteered (red box).
Enter the date you volunteered (red box). To enter a date, left click the
month, day, and year boxes, and select each.

Left click ---Select Activity--- (red arrow) and left click the type of activity (green box). The activity
selections come from the BLM’s time reporting requirements, so select the option that best fits.
Enter information about the activity in the Notes area (red box) if more
information is needed (e.g., if you select other).
On the page where you enter your hours, you will also see your progress in the SHRP
(red box) and previous hours you have entered (green box).
Left click Submit Time (red box).
After you submit your hours, a blank hours form will reappear. The page will indicate your
hours were submitted (red box) and the hours information will appear (green box).
You can enter more hours or left click Charts (red box) to see graphs about
other hours entered.
