After you log in to Krungthai Zmico website, you can click at the personal picture (My

Account) to access to Dashboard, Change Personal Information or Logout.

Back to Dashboard Page

- To access real-time and technical chart

- Check portfolio and today trade summary

- To access various menus such as historical data

etc.

- To access “Online Service” menu such as

E-Transfer Funds, Cash deposit notification, Cash

withdrawal, and Request for ATS deduction etc.

- To review KYC & Suitability Test

Change Personal Information

- Change Information such as email address,

mobile phone number and mailing address etc.

� How To Request Your Password

Customers will be informed of the account opening and the Company will send a detailed account (Login Name) to the customer by mail within 7 days after received the application and documentation requirements. Upon received the account number. In case you got Account Number already and would like to get password from our website please select at REGISTER on homepage of website immediately. REGISTER • Going to www.ktzmico.com then select at REGISTER • Fill out completely - Your account number (example: 111111C, 123456F) - Passport Number - E-mail Address (Use the same e-mail address when you open a new trading account with our company) • Select Submit then you should have received an email with instructions to set your password will be sent to your email. ** The password will be use to login on website and all of online service except orders and cancel orders

Note: In case of customer request "Register" on website when the message appears to that

"Email not found. Please contact your investment consultant or Click Here for download

Request of Information Change / Add Form" Please contact your investment consultant.

Force 3-Step for New customer

After receiving the password from the website. For new customer, when login the system

will force 3-Step to fill out as detailed below;

1. Force Email Address

2. Force Reset PIN ID

3. Force Change Password

Note: After Complete each step, The system will send email to the customer.

Step 1: Force Email Address

Customers have to set up email address for using through online system. If you not

configure email address, you can't use any menu until you set up email address completed.

Remark: For customer have the Email Address already exists in the system doesn't show up

page on this step

� Please enter your email address for using as reference or for further contact with the

company or if you would like to receive email address for the purpose of receiving investment

information from the company by select add check boxes and then enter your email for

receiving investment information from the company and click Preview button.

� Check your email address again and enter your password to confirm and then click Submit

to complete the process.

Step 2: Force PIN ID

This PIN ID will be used to confirm your order, you have to create your PIN ID before to

place an order online.

� Enter your Password, Passport No., New PIN ID and Confirm PIN ID then click “Submit” to

complete the process.

Step 3: Force Change Password

For new customers who log in to Krungthai Zmico website first time. The system will

force customers change a new password that you use to customize your password for website

as following:

- Enter old password.

- Create a new password.

- Confirm new password.

- Click Submit to complete the process

After clicking on the Submit button, the system will be force logout and direct to the main

page and then log in by your new password again.

� In case you Forget the Password

Customer cannot login into the system caused mainly by to reason. (1) forgot password (2) account locked (maybe cause you input wrong password over 5 times)

How to Forgot Password • In customer login menu, select “Forget Password” • Fill your username (account no.) and passport no. and Click “Submit”

The system will inform you that "Forgot password. success! The information has been

sent to you email........(email)....... * Please follow the instructions in the email" then click

OK button and wait a minute you will received an email with instructions to change your

password will be sent to your email.

You should have received an email with instructions will be sent to your email after

that you must confirm your request via your email within 15 minutes. (If you don't click

on URL link within 15 minutes, the link will has expired. So you have to request "Forget

Password" at website again.)

Part 2 : DASHBOARD

After log in to Krungthai Zmico website, you will found the Dashboard as the type of

your account. There are three Dashboards as following:

1) Dashboard Equity 2) Dashboard Derivatives 3) Dashboard International Market

Remark: The main screen will show the dashboard of that product which it will be shown as

the type of account that you login to the system.

Stock : Name of securities Trus. : Type of order “Normal or NVDR”

On Hand : The volume of securities on hand Sellable : The volume of sellable securities Avg. : Average price of stock Last : Last price of securities in the market Cost : The cost of securities purchased Mkt. Value : Recent net value of securities Profit / Loss : Profits and losses are expected to receive % P/L : Profits and losses are expected to receive a percentage Type : Type of securities, ex. Type “R etc. XD Date : Display XD date Today Chg : The difference between the current price and the previous day's closing price.

** Whenever the information not updated, click to refresh data ** 3) Show Today Trade Summary The securities will be listed with a purchase / sale of securities in the account in summary, purchases, sales, and real-net separating the purchasing and sales ** This page will list only the date of purchase / sale that actually occurred **

� Order Info

The page is divided into 2 parts: Order Entry and View Order. You can place an order to buy

or sell stock at "Order Entry" and you can check order status, Cancel Order from the "View

Order"

(1) Order Entry: customer can order stocks pass this menu (only internet trading account )

Stock : Put name of securities that you want to order Side : select type of order ( Buy or sell ) Qty (Quantity) : input quantity Price : Put the price you want to buy. The price is subject to the spread of any such securities and no more or less than the ceiling/floor of the day NVDR : Select when you want to order NVDR PIN ID : Put your PIN ID

Select the system will show confirm box to make sure your order, click confirm to order the securities Remark: If you don’t need to confirm order select at "Don’t Show preview page" (2) View Order : The table display your order and status of each securities that have been set in order after trading you can check status of stock from “Status slot” When order has matched : Status will show to ”M” and should check matched volume on “Matched channel” or would you like to check your matched detail, On the Status channel click on the "M" to see time, quantity and price that has match.

When want to cancel order : Click at "Cancel" button in Cancel channel, and enter your Pin ID to confirm cancel order. after that the status of stock will change to "X" (In the below picture)

In the case of rejected order : To check the 'rejection reason' for your order, Click on the "R" status button in the order in the order for that particular scrip.

** Whenever the information not updated, click button to refresh data ** Definitions of symbols shown in the "Status" column.

Status Meaning M Matched The order has already been executed all or partly on the Exchange. O Open The order is sent to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and is in the queue

awaiting matching.

PO Pending Order The order is pending by the system and not yet submits to the market.

X Cancelled The order is cancelled by the customer. R Rejected The order is rejected by the system. Please recheck your order. You

may have input the incorrect stock symbol, or the price you input is not in a range between the ceiling and floor.

� Today Realized P/L Display profit and loss statement of stock that has sold (Realized) - Unrealized: Show profit / loss that expected to receive based on current market value (not include commissions and VAT) - Realized: Show profit / loss actually occurred that day which must arise Remark: If you have more than one Krungthai Zmico account, You can select which of your

accounts to view your securities By clicking at Drop-down list

� Trading Report

You can view detailed information at any time from your Transaction History and The

system show the historical data not exceed 1 year through website. The following menu are

available:

1) Confirm Report

You can check the summary of trading from the page “Confirm Report” the table will show confirmation data only purchase/ sale date only. This report can show the historical data not exceed 1 year, but you can search your information with the maximum 90 days per times.

Remark: If you have more than one KTZ account, You can select which of your accounts to view your securities By clicking at “Account Code” Drop-down list

You can view a trading confirmation by press at the reference number of document in each date. The documents will show details of the actual securities are traded on the day, the page will show quantity of stock, price/unit, Gross Amt, Commission, VAT Net Amount, total BOUGHT/SOLD amount are included

2) Historical Realized P/L

Show the income of securities are sold, Profit/ lost will be calculated with the total cost

in your portfolio. This report is available only for the past 60 days. *** Only the sale of

securities occurs if there are only purchase order the detail will not show in this zone ***

Remark: If you have more than one KTZ account, You can select which of your accounts to view your

securities By clicking at “Account Code” Drop-down list.

3) Monthly Stock Outstanding

Display the summary report of each month and detail what each mouth’s outstanding

securities in your portfolio

Remark: If you have more than one KTZ account, You can select which of your accounts to view your

securities By clicking at “Account Code” Drop-down list.

You can view Monthly report by clicking on "Monthly Stock on Hand Ending...."

4) Cash Report

You can check the movement of cash flows reported in the trading account that has

occurred for the previous 90 days. Please specify date in that Cash report based on the

settlement of securities and when a deposit or withdrawal will show in this zone.

Remark: If you have more than one KTZ account, You can select which of your accounts to view your

securities By clicking at “Account Code” Drop-down list.

5) Transfer Report

To view the transfer of securities from this menu. This report is available for the previous

60 days.

6) Dividend Report

The dividend report provides dividend details sorting by the payment date. The details

will show on the next working day after the payment date and show details: Payment date,

XD-date, Dividend per share etc. This report is available for 2 calendar year only.

7) Historical Data

To check the history of trading that occurs on your account or history of the securities, you can check with this function

Part 3 : KYC & Suitability Test

According to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation, require all securities

companies to conduct their clients to perform the Know Your Client / Client Due Diligence

(KYC/CDD) and Suitability Test. This is to enable the company to know and understand their

client in order to provide effective services according to client's objectives.

The KYC/CDD information and the assessment are the basic information for the Account

Representative to offer the appropriate investment advice regarding the type of investment

that is suited to the client's risk level. Revision of the KYC/CDD and Suitability test should be

conducted in every two years.

Part 4 : Online Service

Online Service is another channel to facilitate the notification of your transaction to the company such as Transfer money via E-Transfer Funds Service, Notify your deposit and withdrawal, Notify the securities transfer, and Subscribe IPO shares. 4.1) E-Transfer Funds To transfer funds online pass Krungthai Zmico website you can use the menu “E-Transfer Funds” within menu trading account. Customers who want to use this service have to apply first and must have a bank account specified, Including the consent payment must be approved by the bank already. (This service is available only for clients who have a bank account with Krung Thai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank and who intend to transfer funds from clients' bank account to a stock trading account via Krungthai Zmico's website.) There are 4 banks to provide this service;

Siam Commercial Bank (SIPs) Kasikorn Bank (ODD-SSO) Krung Thai Bank (CGP) Bangkok Bank (PON)

To transfer fund you have to fill the detail into Debit Account Request to confirm the process after that your Buying Limit will increase the amount of transfer in about 15 -20 minutes

How to use E-Transfer Funds services Choose a trading account and fill in your details below:

4.2) Cash Deposit Notification

Before you can purchase shares of stock, you must first deposit funds into your KTZ

Trade Account number. After your remittance, please notify your transaction to the company

via Krungthai Zmico’s website at Menu "Cash Deposit Notification" to updated your buying

limit.

How to notify your deposit transaction to the company via Krungthai Zmico’s website

• Login to Krungthai Zmico’s website and then select “ Online Service” � click“ Cash Deposit

Notification”

• Fill in the details such as contact number, Deposit Date & Time, The amount transferred

( in figure) etc. and then select Method "Local Deposit Details" or Overseas Remittance

Details" after that Select “ Deposit to Krungthai Zmico Securities Company Limited For

Client”

Choose the account you want to transfer To

Enter the amount (Baht)

Enter your Password (Krungthai Zmico account password) and then click

• Submit to notify your deposit if the information completed you will receive confirmation

e-mail notifications from the company

**** In case you can't get confirmation e-mail notifications please check you use to get password on

that e-mail from Krungthai Zmico and the e-mail match with your recent e-mail or not****

• After we receive your Deposit Notification from Krungthai Zmico 's website, the company

will check and confirmation from bank. then will be updated your buying limit. If your buying

limit not updated, Please contact Operation Service by e-mail: Operationonline@ktzmico.com

4.3) Cash Withdrawal

When you want to withdraw your money online you have to login on Krungthai Zmico

website go to “Online service” select “Withdrawal” then complete your information

accurately and completely, Included the purpose of the withdrawal and how to get paid.

*** In case your choose To transfer fund to my bank account or To close a trading account

you must select Receiving Method too ***

your password to confirm and click Submit to confirm the withdrawal in online transaction

• After you “Submit” you will receive confirmation e-mail notifications from the company

** In case you cannot get confirmation e-mail notifications please check you use to get

password on that e-mail from Krungthai Zmico and the e-mail match with your recent e-

mail or not**

• After company has been received your withdrawal instruction. Funds will be remitted to

you on the next working day or within 2 working days after the receipt of your instruction

based on settlement process.

4.4) Request for ATS Deduction

Provides clearing services and put money into a savings account automatically to pay

for the securities. Customers will fill information for all channels. The purpose of the

payment transactions is required.

• Click Preview to check and confirm your request. After that enter your password to confirm your notification and then click Submit to complete the process.

***Company will send your ATS deduction scheduled in such order .The debit transaction will appear in your bank after the company is sending data to approximately 30-60 minutes, you can check with the bank account to reconcile the bank branch.

4.5) Transfer Stock

The transfer of securities through the online system can be done in the case of a transfer of securities between accounts within the Krungthai Zmico account and transfer of securities under the same account name only.

How to Scripless transfer to other accounts within Krungthai Zmico

An example of transfer stock from account C to I (internet) through the online system

1. Login to Krungthai Zmico website then go to “Online service” menu, select “Transfer stock” and choose Scripless transfer to the same account name � Transfer within Krungthai Zmico

2. Please input your contact number and E-mail then select the account you want to transfer such as account C to account I and Click “Next”

3. The system will show all of your stock in your portfolio please select stock and put the volume that you want to transfer then click “Next”

4. Enter your password to confirm your transfer stock request and then click "Submit" to send your request.

4.6) Request for Settlement from Sale Proceeds

Complete all important fields and notify the purpose of payment and aggregated balance Then click “Preview” to check your lists and confirm by enter your password and click “Submit” to send your request.

4.7) IPO online

The customers have the right to access an IPO, if you would like to purchase an IPO, log into your account and select IPO from website or contact your investment consultant. There are two channels to access IPO menu from our website: 1. On Dashboard Equity page � Select IPO STOCK

2. Within the Online Service menu � Select IPO Menu

Part 5 : Change Information

You are able to change your information via two channels.

1. Online System such as Change Password, Reset PIN ID and Change Personal Information.

2. Download and Print the Request of Information Change/Add Form and send with the required documents to us by post.

5.1) Change Password

In case you want to change password online you can change your password on Krungthai Zmico website.

• Login to Krungthai Zmico website ( Enter your username, Password and then click Login )

• After you're logged in, On the left-hand side you will see Change Information Menu � select Change Password

• Enter your Old password, Passport no. , Change a new password and Confirm then select Submit to finish and change your password. ** The information change will take effect immediately **

5.2) Reset Pin ID

Pin ID (orders code) is a code to confirm orders/cancel orders for internet trading only .

You can set your PIN ID by yourself and can change it later on our website. Simply click at

“Reset Pin ID” menu.

In case of your PIN ID had locked (The system will be locked automatically if you enter

wrong PIN code for 5 times continuously) or If you forgot your PIN ID You can set/change

New PIN ID at Krungthai Zmico website.

• Login to Krungthai Zmico website ( Enter your username, Password and then click

Login )

• After you're logged in, On the left-hand side you will see Change Information Menu �

select Reset Pin ID

• Enter your Password, Passport no. , New PIN ID and Confirm then select “Submit” to

finish and change your PIN ID

** The information change will take effect immediately **

5.3) Change Personal Information

If you would like to change Personal Information, you can change the required information at Krungthai Zmico website

Login to Krungthai Zmico website ( Enter your username, Password and then click Login )

5.3.1) Change Present Address / Office Address

Select

Select Change present address or office address online � Click button. Please fill in your information and then click Preview button. The system will display

your information and then enter your password and select Submit to finish change your address. ** The information will be changed on next day **

5.3.2) Change the Mailing Address for Receiving Documents from Krungthai Zmico/

Thailand Securities Depository (TSD)

Select Select Change the mailing address for receiving documents from Krungthai

Zmico/Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) ONLINE � Click button. Selecting from the list you want to change.

Enter your password and select Submit to confirm change your mailing address.

** The information will be changed on next day **

5.3.3) Change Mobile Phone Number

Select

Select Change your mobile phone number online � Click button. Specify the mobile number that want to add or change

Select Preview button. The system will show your changing information and waiting for

your confirmation.

Enter your Password to confirm change your Mobile Phone Number.

** The information will be changed on next day **

5.3.4) Change Email Address

Select Change your E-mail address online � Click button. Select list Email Address that you want to change and fill in your new email address

and then click Preview button.

Enter your Password and select Submit to confirm change your Email Address.

** The information change will take effect immediately **

5.3.5) Change Change Document Delivery Method

Select Select To notify change of the Trade Confirmation Report / Tax Invoice / Payment /

Receipt Delivery Method / Monthly Cash Movement Report / Statement of Securities

Account Delivery Method via ONLINE � Click button. Select from list that you want to change. Enter your Password and select Submit to confirm your change.

** The information will be changed on next day **

Part 6 : Research

Customers are able to search data about the investment such as, basic factor, technical

data, and all of the information about investment. This information will be contained in

“RESEARCH” menu, or you can check from www.ktzresearch.com as below.
