DIVISION VALIDATION OF FINAL REQUIREMENT OF 2017 SCHOOL HEADSDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (SHOP): FOUNDATION COURSE

1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 90, s. 2018, Final Requirement of2017 School Heads Development Program (SHOP): Foundation Course, SDOBulacan shall conduct Division validation of SHOP Application Projects onAugust 2, 2018, Thursday.
2. Participants to this activity are school heads/head teachers, teachers-in-charge and others who attended the SHOP: Foundation Course Modules 1-3during the Regional Roll-Out on October 16,2017 up to November 30,2017,and participants in the 2016 SHOP: Foundation Course who were not givencertificates of completion.

4. The participants are expected to report on official time at the assigned venuewith all the necessary documents and materials relative to the applicationproject to avoid unnecessary delays.
5. Each completer shall be given five (5) minutes to present the overview ofhis/her application project which will be immediately followed by oralexamination by the three-man panel, and thereafter, on site project validationas deemed necessary. Draw lots may be used by the validating team todetermine the order of presentations. In case of powerpoint presentations,PSD- members of the Teams are requested to provide the needed equipment.
6. The participant needs to get a score of 85% and above to be awardedCertificate of Completion.
7. For recognition, SDO Bulacan will be selecting four (4) Best ApplicationProjects for recommendation to the DepEd Regional Office.
8. Attached are the list of completers of 2017 SHOP: Foundation Course andtheir corresponding Application Projects and the set of criteria to be usedduring validation.
9. This Memorandum shall also serve as Travel Order of all involved in theactivity.
10. Strict compliance and immediate dissemination of this Memorandum isdesired.
