• Reviewed areas of improvement from the previous year to prepare for reporting
• Worked with staff in each program area to collect the most accurate information
• Each measure staff reported on was Not Met, Partially Met or Fully Met
• Director from each agency reviewed all the measures and instructions together

• Purpose of reporting is to provide consistent quality information for ongoing evaluation and state and local decision making
• Highlight strengths and areas needing improvement

• Emphasize short term and long term goals
