ScenarioAn organization needs to confirm risk of COVID-19 spread before allowing employees to return to work
ApproachAn organization-wide survey is sent to all impacted employees to inquire about three risk factors:1. Travel2. Known exposure3. Symptoms

• Employees receive notification

• Any ‘yes’ answers to the risk questions trigger the record to be flagged
