CIRCULAR FOR FIELD TRIP – VISIT TO ‘FUN BOX’ CLASSES DISNEY TO II - ACADEMIC SESSION 2019-20

Dear Parent, Date: 08-11-19 You will be glad to know that the school has arranged for a fun Field trip to ‘FUN BOX’ – an entertaining Play Area for students of Disney to II, to celebrate Children’s Day on Thursday, 14th November 2019. Students will be given 2 hours of play time followed by lunch at the venue. The cost for the same is Rs. 370/- (including food). Teachers and Nannies will escort the students.

The students will report to school at the regular time in the morning. Dispersal for students of Disney, Splash and Aviators will be at 2:40 pm. Kindly pick your child from the

bus stop accordingly. Walker dispersal will be at 2:45 pm. Students of Classes I & II will also disperse at their regular time (2:40 pm).

If you wish for your child to be a part of this trip, please fill in the below given consent slip and send it to the Class Teacher by Monday, 11th November 2019 with Rs. 370/- . All students have to come in proper school uniform with ID card. NOTE:

NO STUDENT WILL BE TAKEN FOR THE TRIP WITHOUT THE CONSENT SLIP. IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD TO GO FOR THE TRIP, IT WILL BE A HOLIDAY FOR
