PARTHENOS

Executive Summary

This guide briefly explains how to use the PARTHENOS logos and visual style for project’s

related dissemination and communication activities.

A wide range of ready to use documents and templates are already available for partners

at the following address [FIXME].

This guide is intended for project partners who will be in charge to create and publish

documents and reports. Given the complexity and the variety of activities carried out by

PARTHENOS, it is crucial that all the partners involved follow carefully the indication

detailed in the upcoming sections, in order to ensure a coherent visual style and therefore

an effective dissemination process.

The use of PARTHENOS visual style

1. The logo

PARTHENOS logo represents the linkages between heritage and modernity. It is

composed by two main circles, the outer recalling the antiquity and the inner representing

the modernity through an abstraction of modern electronics’ wiring, rendered according to

the the circularity of the logotype.

1.1. Logo with description

Figure 2 Logo with description

In general, the logo should be use with the accompanying description “PARTHENOS

Pooling Activities, Resources and Tools for Heritage E-research Networking, Optimization

and Synergies” positioned on the right side of the logo itself.

However, in some cases the description can be also positioned below the logo, if paging

and designing needs require it.

1.2. Releway, the official font of PARTHENOSThe logo it is also released in the full form, containing project’s name which uses the font

Relaway (https://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Raleway). The font is freely usable, and

partners will find it in the repository [FIXME].

PARTHENOS

Figure 3 Releway, PARTHENOS font

Please note that the font Releway must be used for titles only. The body of text of the

documents implementing PARTHENOS’ visual style always uses one of the following font

Helvetica (12pt)

Arial (12pt)

1.3. The logo – scaled downGiven the graphic complexity of the outer ring, the logo can be rendered not accurately in

some cases. In case you need to use a scaled down version of the logo, please use it the

simplified version specifically created for this purpose

2. Color schemes

and azure. For your reference, the entire color palette is based on the two colors of the

logo, which are the following:

Azure: #64b9d8

Dark green: #23393e

PARTHENOS

In general, all the documents produced within PARTHENOS must respect the color palette

based on the abovementioned colors. If possible, the templates provided by the

consortium should be always used to produce project-related documents.

If the use of the template is not possible for a specific document, please contact one of the

communication managers (see section 5 “Contacts” for more information).

3. Templates

PARTHENOS templates are available for the following applications:

Word (.dotx model + guide)

Powerpoint (.pot model)
