Taking the time to developing a pertinent and purposeful strategic plan will enable your organization to focus their energy where it needs to be focused. This SWE leadership coaching webinar will provide instruction for SWE leaders on how to create their own local strategic plan. We develop our plans using the Society's strategic plan as an example and starting point. Attendees will learn about the Knowledge Based Governance strategic planning process which SWE has been utilizing for several years now. This presentation will also re-acquaint attendees with SWE's strategic goals and objectives which were completely revamped for FY09 and are revised annually.
