Objective: Photograph (document) something of personal importance. Your images should clearly communicate an emotion, opinion or belief in a creative and thought-provoking way.

Requirements: Think sheet & 4 inspiring examples (20 pts.) Contact sheet of 12-24 images 4 final photos, any size, best mounted Commentary, quote of statistic typed and mounted with work Your photos should be engaging and thought-provoking & should communicate an

opinion, belief or emotion

Grading: 110 pts.Images (80 pts.)

Clarity.(Is your final image focused & high resolution?)Composition. (Is there a defined center of interest & were photo composition elements addressed?)Tonal Value/Color. (Is there a strong range of blacks, whites and grays OR proper color correction?)Creativity. (Was the assignment well thought out and executed in an interesting way? Are your final images thought-provoking & engaging?)Quality of print. (Overall craftsmanship of final image)
