ALD #2, make sure the CHRYSALIS PARTICIPANT=S HANDBOOKS are available when the candidates go to the Lane Building for the movie and evening prayer. (See Agape Chair for this.)

6:30 PM ALL ALD=s, if available at this time, attend the Commissioning Service for any team members not already commissioned. Pass the word to these team members (and LD and SD) to go to the Support Team Prayer Chapel to be commissioned.

7:00 PM Registration and mingling. Send everyone to Dining Hall for 7:30 Send Off. ALL ALD=s line up from the gym to the dining hall giving directions and greetings. Music will open the evening with 2 or 3 lively songs.

7:30 PM OPENING (Call names of Conference Room) ( LD See page 105 of Three Day Schedule)ALD=s line up from the Dining Hall to the Conference Room helping with direction and welcoming each candidate to the flight for the weekend.Head ALD, once all of the candidates are in the conference

10:00 PM LD gives instructions for dismissal for the evening (See page 114), with optional Thursday or Friday night silence. Remind bring Handbooks next day. Quietly remind team members of team meeting in the CR.
