Achievements are very personal to you and will vary from individual to individual, list all the successes you are proud of in your life so far. Your Record of Achievement will be judged on how much effort you have put into completing this task and how impressive your achievements are. Add as many achievements as you like by adding extra boxes in the table below. Please attach any supportive electronic evidence such as digital photographs or scanned certificates. Please email to your tutor or use a USB Stick by Thursday 4th May. Please keep an electronic copy as this will provide the basis for updating your Record of Achievement in Year 9, creating a CV in Year 10 and preparing for Mock Interviews in both Year 9 and 10. Late ROA will lose two marks. ROAs not handed in by Friday 5th May will score no marks and may lead to an after school detention.
