An apostrophe is also used to show ownership or possession. This means that something belongs to someone or something, or is intended to be used by them.

How do we use a possessive apostrophe if the noun is plural?

If a plural ends in –s, just add ‘

If a plural doesn’t end in –s, add ‘s
