Experience smart industrial solutions from Lorch live at Euroblech

Advertising with the motto "smart welding", Lorch is bringing its application centre directly to the trade fair booth at this year's Euroblech fair in Hannover. Visitors can experience the latest welding technology solutions from Lorch live at the 160 sqm booth, just as they would at the Auenwald and Bottrop locations, and enjoy an up-close and personal look of what this new technology can do for them. The focus is on smart industrial solutions that have been designed specifically for the areas of manual welding and automation.

Lorch's brand-new Lorch S-XT - the premium class in MIG-MAG pulse welding - allows visitors to experience first-hand what it feels like to effortlessly weld over tack welds or uneven gap dimensions without audible frequency changes thanks to the patented control technology. An optimised operating concept, a variable arc control and an innovative way to control the dynamic will have welders jumping with joy.

With the MicorMIG series, Lorch, furthermore, proves that top welding characteristics and the maximum-efficiency welding management have set a new standard in the industry - thanks to patented MicorBoost and NFC technology.

Lorch will be using Euroblech 2016 as a platform to showcase their latest welding solutions included in their constantly growing Lorch Automation Selection (LAS). These innovations will demonstrate to the visitor the superior level of precision and efficiency that can be achieved by using Topslider machines and tractors for completing welding jobs.

Presenting it at a trade show for the first time, Lorch will also be unveiling their new Turn IC series of turntables that can be used for both the automated welding of round seams and as workpiece

positioning tools during manual welding. Offering no less than five different model series, the Turn IC allows for a plethora of different configuration options and is suitable for heavy industrial use with tool weights of up to 3,700 kg - depending on the model selected.

Lorch will also be taking the wraps off their new turnkey round seam solutions labelled Lorch Roundseam which are designed for the automated welding of components that are rotationally symmetrical - such as pipes, rollers or shafts. The highly customisable Roundseam selection offers a comprehensive range of efficient round seam welding tools - from the Micro swing arm for delicate workpieces to the Topslider, which will satisfy even the most demanding industrial user.

Particularly well-suited for continuous weld seams, Lorch's innovative family of welding tractors (Trac Wheel, Trac Rail) is a testimony as to how even relatively minor investments can have a major impact on manufacturing processes by making them significantly faster, giving the company making these investments a significant edge over their competition. The ability to program and store welding processes makes it possible to reproduce and optimise both short and long weld seams with utmost precision, allowing for consistently high quality.
