PSHESometimes it is nice to have 5 minutes to stop and think about how we feel. We do a lot every day and it can sometimes be overwhelming, exciting, hard, enjoyable and stressful.

Support your child in the 5 minute breathing activity. Discuss the benefits of slowing down and how we can use this technique on a day to day basis when things get too much.
