THURSDAY 7th JUNE - NEXT BENEFICE PRAYER DAY - come along and join in with the second of this year's two prayer days. Prayer times together through the day. We'll be praying about our next Misson Action Plan in the light of our continuing commitment to Jesus' great commission to "be and make disciples" (Matthew 28:19). SUNDAY 10th JUNECHURCH PICNIC - we are hoping to have a picnic for members of all three churches at the Cricket Pavillion in East Dean. More details to follow from Freddie Strong.

THURSDAY 21st JUNEANDREW SPEAR to be made Associate Vicar of East Dean, Friston and Jevington. We are delighted to announce that it is possible (due to his age, or rather lack of it!) for Andrew to be made Associate Vicar. The Licensing Service will be at East Dean Church with one of the Bishops.

SATURDAY 30th JUNECMS GARDEN PARTYSummer is almost here, and it is time again for the CMS Garden Party. This year it will be held at the home of Sandy Snellgrove, 2 Wayside, East Dean, from 2 - 4.30 pm at a cost £3 to include a cream tea. We hope to have live music and a sunny afternoon!We would please, like items for the stalls, such as craft or unwanted gifts items, books, CDs DVDs, raffle prizes, and plants, Good quality clothing, Clean 1lb or less jam jars for Brian.Jevington Church would like items for their Bottle Stall; anything from champagne to shampoo!
