To be awarded to a young entrepreneur (age 35 or under as of Dec 31 2015), who is the majority shareholder (51% or more) and has established or expanded a business within the time frame Jan 1, 2013 and Dec 31, 2014. The young entrepreneur will have demonstrated signs of success and viability in the venture.
