TRAINEESHIPS FOUNDATION: This is where the players take their football to the highest level within Diamond National soccer. They embark on our full-time program which is 4-day week, which includes intensive training, strict fitness and nutrition program, educational program which is partly delivered by one of our partners.The player will take his Sports Leaders L2 Qualification and L2 SPL in the community Qualification, Referee`s Mini Soccer Award, 1st 4 Sport FA Level 1 Coaching Award, and match play within a high-level league. This is our opportunity to recommend our most talented players to semi and Pro Clubs as apprentices or 1st team players.

Our successes so far have been players to Romsey FC (Sydenham’s Wessex premier league), Trials at AFC Totton (Southern Premier League), Gasport FC and a visit for all our students to Chelsea FC, Cobham Training center (English Premier League)

Who are we Our Soccer School / Foundation academy was the inspiration of our head coach/founder Chris Parry . Chris has many years experince as a semi pro player but mainly as a youth and senior level coach at semi pro and pro academies.His vision for youth development has been a inspiration to players and fellow coaches who believe in player development between grassroots and academy level with a educational program alongside if the player wishes.We believe in the well being and fitness and the understanding of Nutrition and the social psycology of young players to become a better person even if they do not make the academy or professional ranks .Many semi Pro clubs these days are looking for talent so they nature them into a pro club . So what we are doing is sowing the seeds for young players to get to a standard which will give them that better opportunity to make their dreams come true .

FOUNDATION PROGRAM

The Foundation Program is give the best opportunity to give the players / students the chance to improve their skills, Fitness and social skills through the sport and achieve academic sport related qualifications and awards whilst on the program. The program is set into 3 Foundation Groups

Junior Development 7s – 13s Youth Foundation 14s – 16s Traineeship Foundation 17s – 19s

For each of these foundations there is full program related to the child`s age and ability. All stages are measurable by assessments on a regular basis of which the player and parent is fully involved. The Qualifications and awards do not come into the program until the Youth section and then it is up to the parent/child if he wishes to pursue that option.Below is a guideline of what each section involves.

Junior Development: This is the first basic step to the introduction of the environment of the soccer school /academy, the player will be taught the basic skills and focus on their 1st touch and control of the ball from various parts of the foot, body and using both feet (very important in Football) They will be coached 1-week day and a Saturday. Also, twice a month Matches will be played.

Youth Foundation: This is the next step up for our players which by this time we expect them to become a very good level on all aspects of their football and understanding different formations, how to play those formations, self-discipline, the importance of Fitness as an athlete and a team member. The training is increased as we do contact school to enable these players to have one-day release where they can also study sports qualifications. Match play is also increased.
