Screen CaptureUsing Microsoft Word (the new version)

1. Find the image that you would like to use in your project.

2. Hold down Print Screen on the keyboard (Print Screen is usually at the top right of the keyboard)

3. Open a new word document, or your project.

4. Once Word is open, paste the image into the document (Ctrl +V or right click on the mouse then “Paste”)

5. Click on the picture. By doing so, a picture format menu will appear at the top of the screen.

6. Click on it and the format menu will appear. On the top right you will see a crop icon. Click on it. Drag the black lines (on the four edges) to where you want, so only the part that you want in the picture remains un-shaded. Click the crop button again, and what you don’t want will disappear!
