identified and most researchers in the articles selected have used interview as the main instrument of collecting data.

Learning points:

In this node, what had been learnt were recognizedo I think i will not be using the case study method in my research exercise

but still it is good to know the different methods of doing a research.o Probably in my research exercise a little of this will be used
