Key Points from feedback:

In all seven key areas staff confidence has increased

‘Child-led outdoor learning’ and ‘outdoor learning pedagogy’ displayed the largest increase in staff confidence

National guidance displayed the smallest increase in staff confidence and could be included more in further training

Themes to take forward from staff comments:

Staff commented that they would like further opportunities to build on this training

Request for links to outdoor learning pedagogy information being sent out before the course takes place

Course services – hot drinks, seating and improved weather were all mentioned as areas to consider for the future
