Dear esteemed IODA Members,

We are surrounded with innumerable new situations and rapidly changing scenarios in every aspect of our lives. Change, transformation and increasing ability to cope with new demands, is now a fundamental way of life.

IODA has a huge role to play, in enabling people, Organizations, Communities & Nations to build competencies and continually enhance their ‘Coping Quotient’, CQ !

I stand again before you to seek an opportunity to drive the vision of IODA, as elaborated by our past Presidents and with the collaborative spirit that has been wonderfully displayed.

We must accelerate our reach to Communities, Governments and of course to our discerning OD fraternity. Our tremendous learnings from each other at our conferences, our exploration and appreciation of cultures and the pure emotions & warmth of human interactions should be spread far & wide.

I am based in Mumbai in India, and my Country has undergone path breaking changes in almost every aspect that life touches us.Developing nations like India need the support of professional bodies like IODA, in their transformative narrative. Similarly, there are others in South East Asia & Asia Pacific region, who seek collaboration with IODA. Around the world, there is not one country, who we can’t impact, the need is overwhelming.

Time is of essence and we must now move strategically with enhanced speed to meet our team goals.

My contribution would be in actively pursuing our vision, mission, and in fostering more collaborations and touching more lives, all over the world. We will be innovative in our reach while we preserve our core values.

There has been phenomenal research studies undertaken by IODA & I look forward to contributing in expanding the contribution to the body of knowledge in OD.

Tremendous possibilities and lots of exciting times ahead.
