The Little Portion Food Pantry Newsletter October, 2019 New at the Pantry – We are planning to give out turkey breasts again this year at our November distribution. Any monetary contribution to offset the cost of buying the turkeys would be appreciated. We are continuing to collect food for our Thanksgiving distribution which will be given out in addition to the food boxes normally distributed. Please see the photo’s at end of newsletter for suggested donations. Our thanks to – Blessed Sacrament School for their food drive donation (318 lbs.) Panera for their bread donation (274 lbs.) A generous parishioner for the potato donation (752 lbs.) St Lucy’s Circle food donation (98 lbs.) and monetary donation for purchase of turkey breasts. Pro Data Research for providing boxes to pack food. Parish Garden for the peppers (58 lbs.) All our volunteers and benefactors. Apples Spices and herbs Please do not donate clothing and kitchen items at this time.

Please do not donate expired food. It cannot be distributed

Next Monday Distribution is on Monday November 4, 2019 from 4:30 to 5:45 pm at the pantry (328 W. Davis Street)

Next Stuff A Truck is weekend of November 9/10

Next Saturday Client Intake and Distribution is November 16, 2019 from 9:00 till 12:00 noon at the pantry (328 W. Davis St).
